Type in a type of business and a place — one town, or a whole country. There are 4,000+ types to choose from. If we have not collected that area yet, we go and get it while you wait.
Keep only the businesses you can actually sell to — the ones with no website, or with an email address, or above a certain star rating. Tick what matters and watch the number update.
One click and it opens in Excel, ready to work through. There is no queue and nothing to wait for. If you use other software, we can send it there too.
Every download has the same 64 columns: the full address, phone numbers, email addresses, twelve columns of social pages, the website, opening hours and the reviews.
These are real businesses, not a made-up example. Where we have not found a detail yet, the cell is simply left empty — we never invent one.

We keep going back and re-reading these listings, so the number you dial was checked recently — not eighteen months ago. Businesses that change often get looked at more often.

If someone builds or maintains software for you, they can have new leads arrive in it automatically, without anyone downloading a file. Show them this panel and they will know what to do. You do not need any of it to use FindAndClose normally.

These are business details a business chose to publish — the same ones anyone can see on a map listing. Never anybody's private information. Every single detail links back to the page we read it from, so you can check it yourself.
We are new, and we would rather say so than invent a customer quote. So judge us on something you can check instead: every detail in your file says which web page we read it from — and where we have not found something, we leave it blank rather than guess.
Every plan can search every country, with the same filters and the same 64 columns of detail. The only real choice is how many leads you want each month.

Yes. These are business contact details that businesses chose to publish — the same ones you would see yourself on a map listing. They are not private or personal details, and we do not sell those.
Every business in your file comes with a link to the page we read it from, so if anyone ever asks where you got their details, you can show them. That is all the US and European privacy rules ask of you, and it is why we keep the link. The legal detail, if you need it.
We keep going back and re-reading each listing, and we go back more often for the businesses that change most — a restaurant far more often than a notary. Every business in your file has a link to its listing, so you can click and check it against the real thing in one second.
From what the business itself has published — its own website, its map listing and its social media pages. We never guess an address, and we never sell anybody's personal inbox. If a business has not published one, that cell is left empty rather than filled with a guess.
Almost certainly. There are over 4,000 types to choose from, and it is worth trying the exact words you would use — plumbers, dentists, hotels, law firms, care homes, property managers, builders' merchants. If a business has a listing on the map, it can be on your list.
The quickest way to be sure is to type it into the search box at the top of this page and see the real count come back before you sign up for anything. You can also browse the types we are asked for most.
No. If you can use email and open a spreadsheet, you can use this. You type in a type of business and a place, tick a few boxes, and click download. The file opens in Excel like any other.
There is a technical way in as well, for companies that have a developer and want the leads to arrive in other software automatically. It is entirely optional and nothing on the normal path depends on it.
Nothing is charged, because we never asked for your card. Downloading simply stops until you choose a plan, and every list you already downloaded stays yours to keep.
You can, and for ten businesses you probably should. Looking them up one at a time gets you a name and a location — then you still have to visit each website to hunt for an email address. That is the part that takes weeks.
We have already done that for every business on the list, and we keep checking it. You get a finished list instead of a job that never ends.
14 days, 100 leads, every feature, no card. Export a real list from your own market and decide with the data in front of you.
