Only one question matters: how many leads do you want a month? Up to 10,000 is Starter. Up to 50,000 is Growth, and that is where most people land. Up to 250,000 is Scale. More than that is Enterprise, and we quote you. Whichever you pick, you can still search everywhere.
If you have no idea what your number is, here is the honest answer: it is almost certainly smaller than you think. No. An email address and a password is all we ask for. You get 14 days and 100 leads with everything switched on, and then it simply stops. Because we never took your card, nothing can turn into a bill.
Yes — once you choose a paid plan, it renews on its own until you stop it. We would rather say that plainly than have you find out later. If you pay monthly, your card is charged the same amount on the same date each month. If you pay yearly, it is one single payment up front for the twelve months, then once a year after that.
Two things make this safe. The free trial takes no card at all, so nothing starts unless you decide it does. And cancelling is one button in your account — no phone call, no email, no notice period. We email you before every yearly renewal.
One business, downloaded once. Searching, looking at results and checking how many matches there are all cost you nothing. If you download the same business again within 30 days, you are still only charged for it once.
On Starter they do not carry over. On Growth they carry over for one month, on Scale for three, and on Enterprise for twelve. We always spend this month's leads first, so the carried-over ones are the last to go.
Downloading stops, and that is all. There is no extra charge and no surprise bill — we cannot charge you more than your plan. We warn you when you have used 80%, and again when you reach 100%. Then you either move up a plan or wait for next month.
Yes, any time, and it is a button in your account — you never have to email anyone. Moving up happens straight away, and you only pay the difference for the days left in the month. Moving down happens at your next renewal, so you keep what you have paid for. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Your leads still arrive month by month, so paying for a year up front does not mean you can use it all up in the first week. If you would rather not pay a lump sum, the monthly price is the same product — it just costs a fifth more over the year.
Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first payment, on any plan, and you get a refund — as long as you have used less than a fifth of that month's leads.
In plain numbers, that means you can download up to 2,000 leads on Starter, 10,000 on Growth or 50,000 on Scale and still change your mind.
If you cancel a yearly plan after those 14 days we do not refund the remaining months, but you keep using it until the year is up. And if a download is genuinely broken, we put those leads back regardless of the date.
Any normal credit or debit card. On Enterprise you can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice. Every price on this page is in US dollars.
On tax: the checkout page shows you the exact final amount, including any tax, before you confirm anything — so you will never be surprised by the figure that leaves your account. US customers: whether sales tax applies depends on your state, and the checkout works it out for you. EU and UK businesses: give us your VAT number and no VAT is added. You get a proper receipt for your accountant either way.
30 days on Starter, 90 days on Growth, 12 months on Scale and at least 24 months on Enterprise. During that time you can download a file as many times as you like, free. After that the file is deleted, but the record of what you searched for stays in your account.
