Start with an awkward fact about this trade
A nurse does not run a business. So a nurse rarely appears on Google Maps at all.
Our data comes from Google Maps. A map lists businesses. It lists a clinic, a firm, a shop.
A nurse is a person with a job. Most Nordic nurses work inside the public system. They work in a state hospital or a municipal service.
That work has no shopfront. There is no pin on the map for one nurse. There is no inbox to email.
So a "nurse email list" cannot be a list of nurses at their desks. That list does not exist on a map.
What the map does hold is the firms that hire nurses. That is the list you can really build.
Scope first, as we always say it. We cover Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, from our own crawl. For a US or global nurse list, a general scraper like Outscraper is the right tool. We are not.

The three lists hiding behind the word "nurse"
When someone asks for a nurse list, they usually want one of three things. Name yours first.
The word covers three very different buyers. Only two of them live on a map.
- Staffing agencies. Firms that place temporary nurses into wards. These are real businesses with a real inbox.
- Home-care and private nursing firms. They send nurses to homes. Also real businesses, also on the map.
- Individual nurses, as course or product buyers. These people do not sit on any map, so we cannot list them.
The first two are reachable. A staffing agency has an office, a phone and an email. A home-care firm does too.
The third is the one most people mean, and the one we must be straight about. We do not sell lists of private people.
Who buys the agency-and-home-care list
Rota and scheduling software vendors. These firms live or die on shift planning.
Uniform, glove and consumable suppliers. A home-care firm reorders these every month.
Recruiters and training providers, pitching the firm rather than the nurse.
If you sell to the firm, the map serves you well. If you need the nurse in person, this is the wrong source, and we will say so before you pay.
Why we publish no nurse count
Our page set tracks a fixed list of trades. Nurses are not on it, so we show no number here.
We publish a live count only for a trade our crawl tracks by name. "Nurse" is not one of those trades.
We will not invent a figure to fill the gap. A made-up count is the one thing that would sink these pages.
What we can share is the ground under the whole file.

The public-system wall, and the private edge
Most Nordic nursing sits inside the state. That wall is high, but it has a growing private edge.
A state hospital does not buy from a cold email. It buys through public tenders and framework deals.
So the big block of nursing work is closed to normal outreach. Pretending otherwise wastes your time.
The edge is where the private money sits. Private clinics, private home-care and staffing firms all buy like normal companies.
That edge is thin next to the public block. But it is real, it is reachable, and it is where your list should aim.

Can I buy a list of individual nurses with their emails?
Not from us. We sell business listings from Google Maps, and a nurse is an employee, not a business.
We will not sell lists of private people. If that is what you need, a Maps source is the wrong shop for the job.
So what does a "nurse list" from you actually contain?
The firms around nursing: staffing agencies, home-care companies and private clinics. Real businesses with a real inbox.
That is the reachable market. Pitch the firm, and the firm decides for its nurses.
Why is there no live count on this page?
Because our page set tracks a fixed list of trades, and nurses are not one of them. Every count we publish comes from that tracked file, dated.

Why is so much of nursing closed to cold outreach?
