A beauty salon email list that tells you the truth
Beauty salons buy stock, kit and software all year. Here is what a real file of them holds, and what it will not hold.
Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland onlyCounts from our own databaseEmail coverage printed, not promised
This trade is a buyer, not just a listing
A plumber sells labour and buys little. A beauty salon buys all day long.
Skincare lines. Wax, gel, lashes and tips. Lamps, beds and devices. A course for every new treatment on the menu.
Most of that spend runs on reorder. A shop that stocks your line orders again next month. One opened account can pay you for years.
That is why this file sells to suppliers more than to agencies.
- Skincare and cosmetics brands moving into wholesale
- Distributors of treatment devices and consumables
- Training academies selling certification for new treatments
- Booking, card and software sellers who want shops with a full diary
One thing before you read on. Our data covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, and nowhere else. If you need beauty salons in the US or worldwide, we are the wrong shop. Outscraper handles global one-off pulls well.
- Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
- Pick the place Country, region, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
- The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
- Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
- Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
- Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.
The diary lives on a platform
Ask a salon owner how clients book, and most will name a platform, not a phone.
The platform holds the diary, the reminders, and often the client list itself. The salon rents access to its own customers.
That dependence is a fact of this trade, and it cuts two ways for you.
If you sell booking or software
You are not selling a diary. The shop has one. You are selling ownership of the client list, and the exit from a fee that never stops.
Lead with the switch, not the features. The pain is the dependence, not the tool.
If you sell anything else
The platform habit still tells you something useful. A shop that pays for software every month has a card on file and a budget line.
That owner has bought from a stranger online before. Your pitch does not have to teach her how.
Either way, the platform question is the best opener in the trade. It is concrete, every owner has an answer, and the answer sorts your list for you.
Three country files, counted on 26 July 2026
These counts come out of our own database, not from a brochure. Each country link goes to a page with the full breakdown.
- Norway: 345 beauty salons. 96 carry an email, which is 28%. 83% have claimed their listing.
- Sweden: 372 salons. 39 carry an email. 77% carry a Facebook or Instagram link, the highest social share of the three.
- Finland: 375 salons. 54 carry an email. 76% have claimed their listing.
There is no Danish page, and that is on purpose. Our Danish beauty salon file holds under 300 records, and we do not publish a page below that floor. When the crawl deepens, the page ships.
Norway is the outlier on email, at nearly three rows in ten. Sweden is the outlier on social. Same trade, different habits, and the file shows both.
Every count above has a date next to it for a reason. A row is true on the day we crawl it, not forever. We would rather show you a dated number than an eternal claim.
Plan the campaign around the columns you have
Email is the thin column in this trade. The claimed column and the social column are the strong ones.
A beauty salon publishes pictures, not paragraphs. The shop window is an Instagram grid. The inbox is an afterthought.
So read the file in this order.
- Start with the claimed rows. A claimed listing means the owner logs in. In Norway that is 83% of the file. These owners see reviews, calls and messages.
- Message where the shop lives. The export carries Instagram and Facebook handles where the listing has them. A blank cell is a real answer, not a missing one.
- Use email as the paper trail. Send the price list, the spec, the terms. The cold email guide covers the writing.
- Keep the legal side boring. Name yourself, say where the data came from, offer the exit. The GDPR guide has the full position.
If your whole motion is bulk email, this is the wrong trade. Our list building guide explains why local coverage looks like this everywhere, not just here.
A supplier’s cadence, built on the reorder
Written for someone selling stock into salons. The trigger is the next order, not the calendar. Run it in your own tool — we do not send anything.
-
Call mid-morning, between clients. One question, then listen.
“When does your next stock order go in?”
Do not pitch. Ask what she wishes her current supplier did better, thank her, and book a call for the week before that order.
The reorder date is the whole sale. A pitch that lands the week before the order gets compared. One that lands after it gets filed.
-
Subject The sample box
Good to speak this morning. As promised, the trade price list is attached as a link, not a file.
If you want to try the line first, I will send a sample box. No minimum first order and nothing to sign.
If this is not for you, reply stop and that is the end of it.
Email works here as the written record, not the opener. The call earned the send, and the opt-out sits in plain words in the body.
-
Hi — I called last week about [their current line]. The sample box offer stands.
Say the word and it goes out today.
Salons answer where they post. Send it from a real account with a face and work on the grid, or do not send it at all.
-
Subject Before the next order
Last note from me. You said the next order goes in soon, so I will leave you to it.
If you want the samples in before then, reply with a date. Otherwise I will close the file and stop writing.
The close names their own deadline back to them. It reads as respect for the diary, and it pulls more replies than a third pitch would.
- It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
- CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
- 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
- Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
- The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.
Questions about the beauty salon file
Why is there no Danish beauty salon page?
Our Danish file for this category holds under 300 records, and a page below that floor does not ship. That rule is in place so no page rests on a thin sample.
Denmark is in the crawl and the count grows. The page publishes the day it clears the floor.
I sell skincare wholesale. Which columns should I sort on first?
Claimed first, then Instagram. A claimed listing means the owner logs in, and the handle tells you where she reads.
Then use review count as a size proxy. A shop with hundreds of reviews has traffic, and traffic burns stock.
Are nail bars and skin clinics in this count?
No. This page counts the beauty salon category on Maps and nothing else. Nail and skin businesses sit under their own categories.
You can pull them in the same search. Starter combines 25 categories at a time, Growth 100, and Scale has no cap.
Where do the email addresses come from?
From the listing and from the shop’s own website, where one exists. We crawl, we read, we keep what we find.
We never guess an address from a domain pattern. A guessed address bounces, and the bounce lands on your sending domain, not ours.
Can you sell me beauty salons in the US or the UK?
No. We cover Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, and we say so on every page. For a one-off global pull, a tool like Outscraper fits better.
If you sell into the Nordics, this is live data with the coverage printed next to every count. That trade-off is the product.
