Who buys a list of beauty salons

Beauty salons buy machines, and the machines are why this list sells.

A hair salon sells time. A beauty salon sells treatments, and every new treatment needs kit. Skin devices, lamps, beds, lasers. That kit often sells on a payment plan over two or three years.

So one file of 372 shops is a year of pipeline for a device seller. Product wholesale is the other half of the trade. A salon reorders skincare every month and the account runs for years.

75% have claimed their Maps listing. That is a high share and it tells you something you can use. These owners log in. They answer the phone, they open a message, and they read a review the day it lands.

The trigger here is a new treatment, not a new year. Ask what they added last. Then ask what they want to add next. The second answer is your order.

One thing to know before you buy. Only 10% of these rows carry an e-mail, and we would rather print that than sell you a fantasy. This is a call list. The 326 phone numbers are the product.

50 of the 372, with nothing hidden

Sorted by review count. Even at the top of this file the numbers are modest, which tells you something about how beauty salons in Sweden get their work. 23 of these 50 already carry an e-mail address, which is unusually good for a local trade. No signup and no e-mail wall — the addresses and phone numbers themselves arrive in your export, and that part is the product.

The FindAndClose search results screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
  2. Pick the place Country, region, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
  3. The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
  4. Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
  5. Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
  6. Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.
The Search screen, signed in, querying the live index. This shot is Norway → Plumber, and the 605 on it is the same 605 the plumber page counts. One query, no sampling, no estimate. The shot is Norway → Plumber; run it for beauty salons in Sweden and the same screen returns 372.

Where they are

Sweden splits into regions, and so does the file. Pick one region and you cut 372 rows down to a list you can work through in a week.

RegionRecords With emailNo websiteShare
Skåne 118 0 15 32%
Västra Götaland 107 4 25 29%
Stockholm 93 35 15 25%
Uppsala 54 0 13 15%

The 4 regions above hold 372 of the 372 records. The rest sit in smaller regions you can still filter to inside the app.

Start with the 68 that have no website

18% of beauty salons in Sweden run on a Maps listing and nothing else. None of that is a gap in our data. It is the pitch.

A business with no website has told you three things at once. It has no agency. It has no marketing budget line to defend. And whoever you reach owns the decision, because there is nobody else to ask.

Filter the file to that group and you cut 372 rows to 68. That leaves 304 who already bought a site from somebody. Every rival list sells you both groups mixed together.

In the app this is one switch. Open the Beauty salon category, pick Sweden, tick No website, and export. The count in the corner updates before you press anything.

18% is low for a local trade, and the low number is the point. Most of these shops have a page of some kind, so "you need a website" will not open a call here.

Take the 68 anyway. A beauty salon with no site has no price list a client can read at midnight. Treatment prices are the first thing people look for and the last thing these shops publish.

One more number worth holding. 75% of these beauty salons have claimed their listing, so most of the 68 you are about to call do log in somewhere. They chose not to build a site. That is a different conversation from one with an owner who has never been online.

Sweden protects people, and requires a way out for everyone

The four Nordic countries do not share one rule on business e-mail. They disagree with each other, and Sweden is a case in point.

Swedish marketing law asks for consent before you e-mail a natural person. Writing to a company falls outside that rule.

One duty applies whoever you write to. Every marketing e-mail must carry a working reply address for stopping. The statute says plainly that this holds for a company too.

Sweden never extended the consent rule to companies, and said so when it wrote the law. The reply address is the protection it chose instead. Treat it as the one line you cannot drop.

Whichever country you work, we keep a suppression list per account. Anyone who asks you to stop goes in it. The app then blocks that domain on every future export. None of this is legal advice. Read our full position on data and the law and take your own.

Two practical notes for working Sweden

Swedish business English is excellent, so an English message will be read. A Swedish subject line still opens more of them.

Swedish offices keep a real fika at mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Call either side of it, not through it.

Company details are public here. Bolagsverket is the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Check a shortlist against it before you pitch anything expensive.

A sequence that works on beauty salons

Getting the list is the easy half. This is the sequence these lists are built for, written out in full so you can judge it before you sign up for anything. You run it in your own tool — we do not send anything.

  1. 1 Day 1 Phone

Call mid-morning, between clients. Ask what treatments they added this year.

Then ask what is on the list for next year. Do not pitch on this call.

Book a day to bring the machine in and hang up.

88% have a number. Kit never sells on a first call, so do not spend the call trying.

  2. 2 Day 2 Email

Subject The spec and the monthly cost

Good to speak. Here is the one-page spec, and the monthly cost at the bottom.

No sign-up and no call needed to read it.

If the number works, I will bring the machine to your room for a day. You keep the bookings you take on it.

A demo in their own room beats any brochure. Offer it early, and offer it cheap. Sweden asks every marketing e-mail to carry a working reply address for stopping. Send from a box you actually read.

  3. 3 Day 9 Instagram DM

Hi — I called last week about the skin device.

Offer still stands: I bring it in for a day, you keep what you earn on it. Pick a Tuesday.

75% have claimed the listing, so the owner is online. The Instagram column in the export is where she answers.

  4. 4 Day 20 Email

    Subject Closing your file

Last note. I am closing your file today.

If the money is not there this year, say "next year" and I will put it in the diary.

Kit budgets move by the year, not by the week. Ask for the year and you turn a no into a date. Sweden asks every marketing e-mail to carry a working reply address for stopping. Send from a box you actually read.

The FindAndClose export panel screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  4. Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
  5. The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.
The export drawer. Thirty-four column groups write 64 columns, and every one of them is on every plan — including the €49 one. The shot is Norway → Plumber; run it for beauty salons in Sweden and the same screen returns 372.

What lands in your export

Sixty-four columns per row, on every plan. Everything on this page comes out of six of them.

The file arrives as CSV or XLSX. One row per business, 372 rows for this list, and no row limit on any plan. Here is how full each column actually is for these beauty salons, so you can plan the campaign before you pay for it.

  • Name, address, postcode, region and coordinates — all 372 rows
  • Phone — 326 rows, 88% of the file
  • Email, with the page we found it on — 39 rows, 10%
  • Website — 304 rows, and 68 flagged as having none
  • Rating and review count — 326 rows carry a rating, averaging 4.56
  • Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn — 105, 111 and 70 rows
  • Owner has claimed the listing — 279 rows, 75%
  • Opening hours, price level, the Maps category tree, first seen and last seen

This list is 372 rows. Every one of them fits inside a single month on the €49 Starter plan, which carries 10,000 lead credits.

What people ask before buying the Sweden beauty salon file

How is this different from the hair salon list?

Two Maps categories, two files. We keep them apart because the buyers are not the same. Buy this one if you sell treatment kit or skincare. Buy the hair file if you sell colour, chairs or booking.

A shop can hold both categories on Maps. Buy both files and a few names will show up twice.

Why does 75% claimed matter?

A claimed listing means the owner logged in and proved the shop is hers. She sees the reviews and she sees the calls.

It is the best signal in the file that a live person sits behind the row. On a trade with only 10% email coverage, that signal is worth more than an address.

How current is the 372?

The count on this page comes out of the live database, and the date beside it is the last time we saw these rows on Maps.

We re-crawl Sweden on a rolling schedule. A business that closes drops out, and a new one appears, without you doing anything. Pull the list again in a month and the difference is the month's new openings.

Can I legally cold-email this list in Sweden?

Writing to a company, yes. Swedish law asks for consent for a natural person. A company is not one. Sole traders are the exception, and an address alone will not tell you which is which.

Every message must carry a working reply address for stopping. Swedish law applies that to companies too. Put it in the first message, not the footer. This is not legal advice, so check your own position first.
