What the database holds right now
Last refreshed
Counted straight out of the production database on the date above — 304 rows for hairdressers in Sweden, 289 of them carrying a rating. We do not estimate these, and we do not round them up.
Who buys a list of hairdressers
9% of this file has an email address, and that number shapes everything below.
We would rather print 9% on the page than sell you a fantasy. A hairdresser has no reason to publish an email. Clients call, or they walk in off the street.
Look at the other two columns instead. 95% have a phone number. 78% have claimed the listing. The owner stands three metres from that phone all day.
Four kinds of seller work this trade well.
- Clipper, scissor and product brands, who sell by the box and reorder monthly
- Chair rental operators, hunting for shops with a chair going spare
- Card terminal and booking sellers, who win on the walk-in trade
- Chains and franchises, looking for shops to take the brand
A hairdresser has no inbox habit. She has a phone habit and a door habit. Build your sequence around those two and this file works hard.
One thing to know before you buy. Only 9% of these rows carry an e-mail, and we would rather print that than sell you a fantasy. This is a call list. The 290 phone numbers are the product.
50 of the 304, with nothing hidden
Sorted by review count, so the busiest hairdressers in Sweden are at the top — ENVY by Envier leads on 178 reviews. 20 of these 50 already carry an e-mail address, which is unusually good for a local trade. No signup and no e-mail wall — the addresses and phone numbers themselves arrive in your export, and that part is the product.

Where they are
Sweden splits into regions, and so does the file. Pick one region and you cut 304 rows down to a list you can work through in a week.
| Region | Records | With email | No website | Share |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Västra Götaland | 89 | 0 | 20 | 29% |
| Skåne | 79 | 0 | 16 | 26% |
| Uppsala | 70 | 1 | 17 | 23% |
| Stockholm | 66 | 26 | 15 | 22% |
The 4 regions above hold 304 of the 304 records. The rest sit in smaller regions you can still filter to inside the app.
Start with the 68 that have no website
22% of hairdressers in Sweden run on a Maps listing and nothing else. None of that is a gap in our data. It is the pitch.
A business with no website has told you three things at once. It has no agency. It has no marketing budget line to defend. And whoever you reach owns the decision, because there is nobody else to ask.
Filter the file to that group and you cut 304 rows to 68. That leaves 236 who already bought a site from somebody. Every rival list sells you both groups mixed together.
In the app this is one switch. Open the Hairdresser category, pick Sweden, tick No website, and export. The count in the corner updates before you press anything.
22% have no website and most of them do not want one. Walk-in trade comes from the street and from the pin on the map.
What that group needs is a way for people to find them. 68 shops with no site and 4.7 stars are doing good work in silence. Sell them the finding, not the pages.
One more number worth holding. 78% of these hairdressers have claimed their listing, so most of the 68 you are about to call do log in somewhere. They chose not to build a site. That is a different conversation from one with an owner who has never been online.
Sweden protects people, and requires a way out for everyone
The four Nordic countries do not share one rule on business e-mail. They disagree with each other, and Sweden is a case in point.
Swedish marketing law asks for consent before you e-mail a natural person. Writing to a company falls outside that rule.
One duty applies whoever you write to. Every marketing e-mail must carry a working reply address for stopping. The statute says plainly that this holds for a company too.
Sweden never extended the consent rule to companies, and said so when it wrote the law. The reply address is the protection it chose instead. Treat it as the one line you cannot drop.
Whichever country you work, we keep a suppression list per account. Anyone who asks you to stop goes in it. The app then blocks that domain on every future export. None of this is legal advice. Read our full position on data and the law and take your own.
Two practical notes for working Sweden
Swedish business English is excellent, so an English message will be read. A Swedish subject line still opens more of them.
Swedish offices keep a real fika at mid-morning and mid-afternoon. Call either side of it, not through it.
Company details are public here. Bolagsverket is the Swedish Companies Registration Office. Check a shortlist against it before you pitch anything expensive.
A sequence that works on hairdressers
Getting the list is the easy half. This is the sequence these lists are built for, written out in full so you can judge it before you sign up for anything. You run it in your own tool — we do not send anything.
-
Read the opening hours column, then ring mid-morning in the middle of the week.
Ask for the owner. Say who you are in one sentence.
Then ask the only question that matters: "How full are the chairs before lunch?"
95% of the file has a number, and email reaches 27 shops in total. The phone is not the backup on this trade. It is the plan.
-
Hi — I called this morning about the quiet hours before lunch.
We fill those slots with same-day offers. No contract and no setup fee.
Shall I send you a screen or ring back Thursday?
The message is not a second-best channel here. She reads it between clients. The export carries the handle wherever the listing has one.
-
Call again and name the message you sent.
"I wrote to you on Tuesday. Thirty seconds, or shall I stop?"
Two calls and a message beat six emails on this trade. Offer the exit and most people stay on the line.
-
Subject Last one
You are one of 27 shops on my list with an email, so you get the written version.
I called twice about filling the quiet hours. If it is a no, ignore this and I will stop.
If it is a "not now", tell me when.
Closing the file works on every trade. On this one, keep it to four lines and send it before lunch. Sweden asks every marketing e-mail to carry a working reply address for stopping. Send from a box you actually read.
- It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
- CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
- 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
- Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
- The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.
What lands in your export
Sixty-four columns per row, on every plan. Everything on this page comes out of six of them.
The file arrives as CSV or XLSX. One row per business, 304 rows for this list, and no row limit on any plan. Here is how full each column actually is for these hairdressers, so you can plan the campaign before you pay for it.
- Name, address, postcode, region and coordinates — all 304 rows
- Phone — 290 rows, 95% of the file
- Email, with the page we found it on — 27 rows, 9%
- Website — 236 rows, and 68 flagged as having none
- Rating and review count — 289 rows carry a rating, averaging 4.65
- Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn — 57, 61 and 32 rows
- Owner has claimed the listing — 237 rows, 78%
- Opening hours, price level, the Maps category tree, first seen and last seen
This list is 304 rows. Every one of them fits inside a single month on the €49 Starter plan, which carries 10,000 lead credits.
Your export stays yours. Cancel tomorrow and the file you already downloaded is still on your machine and still in your CRM. We do not delete customer exports, and we will not start.
What people ask before buying the Sweden hairdresser file
Why is the email coverage so low?
Because a hairdresser has no reason to publish one. The bookings come by phone and by door.
We could pad that column with guesses at info@ addresses. We do not. The 9% you see is what we found on the listing and the site, and every one of them has a source column beside it.
How is this different from the hair salon list?
Maps runs them as two categories, so we keep two files. Which one you want depends on what you sell.
Buy both if you sell to anyone with a chair. You can search both categories at once on any plan, and the count updates before you export.
Can I find the shops with no social account either?
Yes. The Facebook and Instagram cells are blank on those rows, so filter on the blank.
A shop with no site and no social is the coldest row in the file. It is also the one with the fewest ways in, which makes the phone number the whole asset.
How current is the 304?
The count on this page comes out of the live database, and the date beside it is the last time we saw these rows on Maps.
We re-crawl Sweden on a rolling schedule. A business that closes drops out, and a new one appears, without you doing anything. Pull the list again in a month and the difference is the month's new openings.
Can I legally cold-email this list in Sweden?
Writing to a company, yes. Swedish law asks for consent for a natural person. A company is not one. Sole traders are the exception, and an address alone will not tell you which is which.
Every message must carry a working reply address for stopping. Swedish law applies that to companies too. Put it in the first message, not the footer. This is not legal advice, so check your own position first.
