Chiropractor email list

The patient pays from their own pocket and comes back on a plan. That one fact makes chiropractors the best-tended file in our whole health set. Here is how to work it.

Covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland460 Norwegian clinics on file, 52% with an emailOne country page live: Norway

The patient pays, so the clinic competes

No insurer stands between a chiropractor and the person on the table. The patient pays, visit by visit.

That changes everything about the business. A trade paid by an insurer can coast on referrals. A trade paid by the patient has to win each one.

A self-pay patient picks a clinic they can find and trust. So the clinic claims its listing, gathers reviews, and keeps a real contact page.

The discipline shows up in our file, and it is unusual.

  • 52% of Norwegian clinics carry an email — high for any local trade.
  • 82% have claimed their Maps listing.
  • 95% list a phone number.
  • Only 17% have no website, against 47% of Norwegian dentists.
  • The average rating is 4.77 stars.

For you, the seller, this is a clean list to work. Most local files are full of dead pins and empty fields. The owner tends this one, because a dead listing means empty slots.

Scope first, so nobody buys the wrong thing. Our rows cover Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, from our own Google Maps crawl. For a US or global chiropractor list, a worldwide scraper like Outscraper is the better buy.

  2. Pick the place Country, region, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
  3. The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
  4. Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
  5. Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
  6. Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.

The recall book is the business

A chiropractor does not sell one visit. They sell a plan, and the plan is a diary of return dates.

A new patient books a first assessment. Then a course of adjustments, close together, tapering to a check every few weeks. The value sits in the return, not the first visit.

So the clinic lives or dies on its recall book. A patient who lapses is lost income. An empty slot from a late cancellation is a hole nobody fills.

Read that and the winning pitches write themselves.

  • Fill the gaps: anything that fills a cancelled slot the same day.
  • Hold the plan: reminders and rebooking that stop a course lapsing.
  • Win the first visit: reviews, search, a booking page that works on a phone.

The owner is the chiropractor, the manager and the buyer, often all one person. Pitch a plan that guards the recall book and you reach a decision-maker who feels the pain daily. Pitch “a quick chat” and you join the pile.

What the file holds on Nordic chiropractors

Counted from our own database on 26 July 2026. Every count is a live query, not an estimate.

Norway is the deep end. We hold 460 chiropractic clinics, and 241 carry an email — the 52% above. Norway is the only chiropractor page live today. See chiropractors in Norway, with flags and regions per row.

Email is a city habit here too

Oslo holds 134 of the rows, and 79 of them carry an email.

Møre og Romsdal holds 22 rows, and none carry one.

Same trade, same crawl. City clinics compete on search and publish a contact page. Rural clinics run on word of mouth. Plan the email half urban, the phone half everywhere.

Sweden, Denmark and Finland

Sweden holds 267 clinics, 22 with an email. That sits under our 300-record floor, so it has no page yet.

Denmark and Finland are not in the tracked chiropractor count at all so far. We say so rather than invent a number for them.

All of these rows stay searchable in the app. The floor gates our pages, not your search.

A cadence for filling the recall book

Written for someone selling booking or recall software to clinics. Swap the offer; keep the self-pay logic. You run this in your own tool — we build the list and send nothing.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

Subject the gaps in your diary at [clinic name]

Hi. I found [clinic name] on Google Maps — [one real detail, like your reviews or your booking page].

I help chiropractic clinics fill the slots a late cancellation leaves empty. It takes nothing from your table time to see.

Worth two minutes? If not, reply stop and I will not write again.

Chiropractors read email — 52% of the Norwegian file carries one. Leading with the empty slot names a loss the owner feels every week, not a feature.

  2. 2 Day 5 Phone

Call between patients, not mid-morning. Ask the desk when the chiropractor has a gap, then call back then.

Open with your email, not a pitch: “I wrote Monday about cancelled slots — is that a sore point here?”

Every clinic has a cancellation story. The story is the conversation.

In a small clinic the owner is on the table all day. Naming your own email turns a cold call into a follow-up, and a gap is a worry they already own.

  3. 3 Day 11 Email

Subject what it costs, in one screen

The whole thing on one page, price included: [link].

Two clinics that use it, with the results on the page: [link].

If the timing is wrong, reply stop and I will close your file.

An owner-operator decides fast when nothing is hidden. Publishing the price removes the main reason a small clinic stalls, which is fear of the number.

  4. 4 Day 18 Email

    Subject closing your file

No reply needed — I will stop writing and close your file today.

If the diary gaps start to bite, my details are below. All the best with the clinic.

The breakup costs nothing to answer and ends the thread with your name intact. In a trade where owners talk, that matters more than one more pitch.

The FindAndClose export panel screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  4. Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
  5. The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.
The export drawer. Thirty-four column groups write 64 columns, and every one of them is on every plan — including the €49 one.

Questions about chiropractor lists

Why do chiropractors carry so many emails?

Because the patient pays out of pocket, so the clinic has to be found and trusted. 52% of our Norwegian clinics carry an email, high for any local trade.

A self-pay trade tends its shopfront. Reviews, a claimed listing and a contact page are how it wins the next patient.

Who buys a chiropractor email list?

Booking and recall software vendors. Supplement brands and equipment suppliers. Insurers building provider networks.

Agencies that sell reviews, search or booking pages fit too. A self-pay clinic lives or dies on search.

Do you cover chiropractors outside Norway?

Norway has a live page with 460 clinics. Sweden holds 267 rows, under our 300-record floor, so it has no page yet.

Denmark and Finland are not in the tracked chiropractor count so far, and we say so rather than pad it. All rows stay searchable in the app.

Will the email reach the chiropractor?

In a small owner-run clinic, yes — the owner or a shared clinic inbox they read between patients.

Write so the message is worth forwarding. A clear one-line offer moves from the desk to the owner in one click.

Is cold email to chiropractic clinics legal in the Nordics?

B2B outreach in the EU and EEA usually rests on legitimate interest under the GDPR. Say who you are, where you got the data, and offer an opt-out in the first message.

National e-marketing rules differ by country. Our GDPR guide walks through it. It is not legal advice.
