Physiotherapist email list

A physio does not win patients from search. They arrive by referral — a GP, an insurer, an occupational-health scheme. That is why this file looks so different from the chiropractors next door.

Covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and FinlandTwo country pages live: Denmark and Finland357 Danish and 340 Finnish clinics on file

Referrals feed this trade, not search

Where a chiropractor hunts for the next self-pay patient, a physio waits for one to be sent.

Much physiotherapy is funded or referred. A GP points a patient to a clinic. An insurer covers a course. An employer’s scheme books the sessions after an injury.

When the work arrives by referral, the clinic feels no pressure to be found online. So the web trail goes thin, and the file shows it.

  • Only 15% of Danish clinics carry an email, and 12% of Finnish ones.
  • 38% in both countries have no website at all.
  • Chiropractors next door sit at 52% email and 17% with no site.
  • Same building, same waiting room — a different way of getting fed.

That gap is the whole story of the trade. A referral-fed clinic does not need a booking page, so it does not build one. For a seller, that shapes the channel before you write a word.

Coverage, said plainly. We cover Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, from our own crawl. For a US or global physiotherapist list, use a worldwide scraper such as Outscraper.

Two clinics share the word physio

One works from a room with a plinth. One drives to the patient. They buy nothing the same way.

The clinic-based physio has an address, a diary and a shared inbox. It looks like other appointment-book trades, and email can reach it.

The home-visit physio is a different animal. They see elderly and post-surgery patients at home, live in the car, and answer the phone between visits. There is no office to email.

  • Clinic physios: reachable by a written message to the practice inbox.
  • Mobile physios: phone-first, like a plumber in a van.
  • A high no-website rate — 38% — hints that plenty of these rows are mobile or referral-only.
  • The category does not split the two, and we will not pretend it does.

So plan both halves. Write to the clinics, call the mobile ones, and let the website flag hint which is which. The cold email guide covers the written half.

What the file holds on Nordic physiotherapists

Counted from our own database on 26 July 2026. No estimates, no rounding up.

Denmark and Finland are the deep ends, and both earn a country page.

  • Denmark: 357 clinics, 53 with an email, 93% with a phone.
  • Finland: 340 clinics, 41 with an email, 79% with a phone.

Where the Danish emails sit

The Capital Region holds 126 rows, and 46 of them carry an email.

South Denmark holds 117 rows, and one carries an email.

The written half of your Danish file is a capital-city file. The rest of the country is a phone job.

Sweden and Norway

Sweden holds 205 clinics, 52 with an email — a higher 25%, but under our 300-record floor, so no page yet.

Norway is not in the tracked physiotherapist count so far. We say so rather than guess.

Every row stays searchable in the app. The floor gates the page, not the export.

A cadence built around the referral

Written for someone selling a service, or offering a referral partnership, to clinics. Adapt the offer; keep the referral logic. Run it in your own tool — we build lists and send nothing.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

Subject sending patients your way in [region]

Hi. I found [clinic name] on Google Maps — [one detail you checked, like your hours or your reviews].

I work with [your source of referrals] and I am looking for a physio clinic in [region] to send patients to.

Worth a short call? If it is not for you, reply stop and I will not write again.

This trade lives on referrals, so an offer to send patients speaks its own language. It reaches the clinics with an inbox — the 15% that carry an email.

  2. 2 Day 5 Phone

Call mid-afternoon, after the morning appointments clear. If the row shows no email, this call is your first touch.

Ask one question: are you taking new referrals right now, and for what?

A clinic with capacity wants to hear from you. A full one will tell you when to call back.

A big slice of this file is phone-only or mobile. The call is the channel that reaches the referral-fed clinics a written message never lands on.

  3. 3 Day 11 Email

Subject how the referral would work

As promised, the plain version: who I send, how the handover works, who covers what.

No exclusivity to start. Take a handful and judge it on them.

If the answer is no, reply stop and I will close your file.

A referral partnership is a trust deal, not a sale. Spelling out the handover and asking for a small start lowers the risk of a yes.

  4. 4 Day 18 Email

    Subject closing your file

I will close your file today so we both move on.

If your capacity opens later, my details are below. All the best to the clinic.

Clinic capacity moves with the season and the caseload. The clean close is what a clinic digs out when a quiet month arrives.

  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.

Questions about physiotherapist lists

Why do so few physios carry an email?

Because the work arrives by referral, not search. A GP, insurer or employer sends the patient, so the clinic feels no push to publish a contact page.

Our counts are 15% in Denmark and 12% in Finland, against 52% for self-pay chiropractors. The funding model, not the effort, explains the gap.

Can I tell clinic physios from mobile ones?

Not with a filter — the category does not split them. But the website flag is a strong hint.

A row with no site is more likely mobile or referral-only. Plan those for the phone, and write to the clinics with an address.

Which countries have a physiotherapist page?

Denmark and Finland, with 357 and 340 clinics. Sweden holds 205 rows, under our 300-record floor, so no page yet.

Norway is not in the tracked physiotherapist count so far. Every row stays searchable in the app on any plan.

Who buys a physiotherapist email list?

Insurers and occupational-health schemes building provider networks. Equipment and supply firms. Clinics or apps that route referrals.

The referral angle opens the most doors, because it offers the one thing the trade runs on.

Is cold outreach to physio clinics legal in the Nordics?

B2B outreach in the EU and EEA usually rests on legitimate interest under the GDPR. Name yourself, name your source, and offer an opt-out up front.

National rules differ. Our GDPR guide covers the shape of it, and it is not legal advice.
