What the database holds right now
Last refreshed
Counted straight out of the production database on the date above — 422 rows for hair salons in Finland, 365 of them carrying a rating. We do not estimate these, and we do not round them up.
Who buys a list of hair salons
This is a phone list, not an email list.
Read the email column before you plan anything. 11% is what a salon file looks like, here and everywhere. A salon runs on a phone at the desk and an Instagram account in the owner's pocket. The shop email exists on paper and nobody opens it.
That is not a reason to skip the trade. It is a reason to work it in the right order. 93% have a phone number and 69% have claimed the listing. A claimed listing means an owner who logs in.
Three kinds of seller do well here.
- Booking apps. A salon with no booking link loses the client who decides at 11pm
- Colour and care wholesale. A salon reorders every month, so one account pays for years
- Chair and room rental. Sort by review count to find the shops with a chair going spare
Do not buy this file to blast 47 emails. Buy it to build a call list with the opening hours attached, and a message list with the Instagram handles attached.
One thing to know before you buy. Only 11% of these rows carry an e-mail, and we would rather print that than sell you a fantasy. This is a call list. The 392 phone numbers are the product.
50 of the 422, with nothing hidden
Sorted by review count, so the busiest hair salons in Finland are at the top — Hair Club Finland - Parturi Kampaamo Oulu leads on 255 reviews. 11 of these 50 have no website at all, and they are the ones to look at first. No signup and no e-mail wall — the addresses and phone numbers themselves arrive in your export, and that part is the product.

- Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
- Pick the place Country, region, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
- The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
- Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
- Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
- Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.
Where they are
Finland splits into regions, and so does the file. Pick one region and you cut 422 rows down to a list you can work through in a week.
| Region | Records | With email | No website | Share |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Uusimaa | 137 | 43 | 24 | 32% |
| Southwest Finland | 132 | 1 | 43 | 31% |
| Pirkanmaa | 130 | 1 | 36 | 31% |
| Central Finland | 16 | 2 | 4 | 4% |
The 4 regions above hold 415 of the 422 records. The rest sit in smaller regions you can still filter to inside the app.
Start with the 108 that have no website
26% of hair salons in Finland run on a Maps listing and nothing else. None of that is a gap in our data. It is the pitch.
A business with no website has told you three things at once. It has no agency. It has no marketing budget line to defend. And whoever you reach owns the decision, because there is nobody else to ask.
Filter the file to that group and you cut 422 rows to 108. That leaves 314 who already bought a site from somebody. Every rival list sells you both groups mixed together.
In the app this is one switch. Open the Hair salon category, pick Finland, tick No website, and export. The count in the corner updates before you press anything.
A salon with no website is not the same animal as a plumber with no website. The salon has a grid of photos, a map pin, and a Saturday that fills itself.
What it loses is the booking. 108 shops here have nowhere for a client to book at 11pm on a Sunday. The phone rings at 10am on Monday instead, or it never rings at all.
One more number worth holding. Only 69% of these hair salons have claimed their listing. 132 of them have never logged in at all, which means anyone can suggest an edit to their hours and they will not see it. Pair that with the 108 with no site and you have the sharpest list in the file.
Finland says yes to business e-mail, in the statute itself
The four Nordic countries do not share one rule on business e-mail. They disagree with each other, and Finland is a case in point.
Finnish law splits the question in two and answers both halves. Marketing e-mail to a natural person needs consent first. Marketing to an organisation is allowed unless that organisation has said no.
The opt-out is not a footer link. The statute asks you to give the organisation a way to refuse easily and free, in every single message. It also asks you to say clearly that the way out is there.
So Finland is the most workable Nordic market for a cold e-mail campaign. Two conditions. The opt-out line goes in every send, and the address belongs to the organisation rather than to a named person.
Whichever country you work, we keep a suppression list per account. Anyone who asks you to stop goes in it. The app then blocks that domain on every future export. None of this is legal advice. Read our full position on data and the law and take your own.
Two practical notes for working Finland
Finland reads English comfortably. Finnish opens more, and Swedish works along the coast and in Ostrobothnia.
Finnish business days start at eight and wind down by four. Nobody thanks you for calling in July.
Company details are public here. PRH is the Finnish Patent and Registration Office. Check a shortlist against it before you pitch anything expensive.
A sequence that works on hair salons
Getting the list is the easy half. This is the sequence these lists are built for, written out in full so you can judge it before you sign up for anything. You run it in your own tool — we do not send anything.
-
Hi — I found you on Maps and had a look through your grid.
You take bookings by phone only. That works until 9pm on a Sunday, when the phone is off and the client picks someone else.
I set booking links up for salons. It takes an afternoon and nothing else changes.
Want the detail here, or shall I call you?
Only 11% of this file has an email. The Instagram column is where the owner reads. Send it from a real account with a face on it.
-
Read the opening hours column first, then call mid-morning in the middle of the week.
Ask for the owner by name. Ask one question: "How do people book with you now?" Then let her answer.
93% of the file has a number, and the person who picks up is standing at the desk. Keep the whole call under a minute.
-
Subject The Sunday bookings
Following up once, in case the message sank in your inbox.
A booking link takes bookings while the shop is dark. Same prices, same diary, same you.
Ten minutes on the phone this week?
One line at the foot, in every message: reply "ei kiitos" and I will not write again.
This step reaches 47 of the 422 and no more. Email is the backup channel on this trade, not the main one. Finnish law asks for a free, plain way out in every message. That last line is not optional.
-
Ring once more and say it is the last time.
"I called about booking links. If it is a no, tell me now and I will leave you alone."
Salon owners say no fast and mean it. That is a gift. You clear the file in ten days instead of ten weeks.
- It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
- CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
- 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
- Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
- The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.
What lands in your export
Sixty-four columns per row, on every plan. Everything on this page comes out of six of them.
The file arrives as CSV or XLSX. One row per business, 422 rows for this list, and no row limit on any plan. Here is how full each column actually is for these hair salons, so you can plan the campaign before you pay for it.
- Name, address, postcode, region and coordinates — all 422 rows
- Phone — 392 rows, 93% of the file
- Email, with the page we found it on — 47 rows, 11%
- Website — 314 rows, and 108 flagged as having none
- Rating and review count — 365 rows carry a rating, averaging 4.73
- Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn — 74, 89 and 0 rows
- Owner has claimed the listing — 290 rows, 69%
- Opening hours, price level, the Maps category tree, first seen and last seen
This list is 422 rows. Every one of them fits inside a single month on the €49 Starter plan, which carries 10,000 lead credits.
Your export stays yours. Cancel tomorrow and the file you already downloaded is still on your machine and still in your CRM. We do not delete customer exports, and we will not start.
What people ask before buying the Finland hair salon file
Only 11% have an email. Is the file still worth buying?
That depends on how you sell. If your whole motion is a cold email blast, buy a different trade.
If you can dial and message, this is a strong list. 392 phone numbers and 69% claimed listings mean owners who answer. We print the email share on the page so you can make that call before you pay us.
Can I tell a chain from a one-chair shop?
Yes, in two passes. Sort by review count: the top of the file is the busy town-centre shops, the tail is one stylist and a mirror.
Then sort by name. The same name in five regions is a chain, and a chain is one decision for five shops.
Do you give me the Instagram handles?
Where the listing carries one, yes. It is one of the 64 columns, next to Facebook and LinkedIn.
Plenty of listings carry none. We leave that cell blank rather than guess at a handle. A blank is a real answer.
How current is the 422?
The count on this page comes out of the live database, and the date beside it is the last time we saw these rows on Maps.
We re-crawl Finland on a rolling schedule. A business that closes drops out, and a new one appears, without you doing anything. Pull the list again in a month and the difference is the month's new openings.
Can I legally cold-email this list in Finland?
Writing to an organisation, yes. Finnish law says outright that marketing to a legal entity is allowed unless that entity has refused. Writing to a named person needs consent first.
The condition is the opt-out. It must be easy, free, and in every message. You also have to say clearly that it is there. Put it in the first three lines. This is not legal advice, so check your own position first.
