Annual billing and the yearly discount
Twelve months charged once, at about 20% off the monthly rate. The exact figures per plan, why credits are still issued monthly, and what happens if you need to change tier mid-term.
Annual billing takes about 20% off every plan and is charged once for twelve months.
One thing to get straight before the numbers, because it trips people up on the pricing page: the price shown against each plan is always a monthly rate, on both settings of the toggle. Switching the toggle to Yearly does not show you a yearly total, it shows you the lower monthly rate you get for committing to a year.

All figures are in euros and exclude VAT. The saving is between 20.1% and 20.4% depending on the tier — see pricing. Enterprise is sold on an annual contract in the first place, so there is no monthly rate to discount against.
Credits are still issued monthly
This surprises people, and it is the right design. An annual Growth plan gives you 50,000 credits a month for twelve months, not 600,000 on day one — and each month's allowance rolls over on the same terms as its tier rather than being released all at once.
The reason is that the alternative is worse for the person buying it. A year's allowance released at once is a year's allowance that can be spent in week one, leaving eleven months of a subscription you are still paying for and cannot use. Monthly issuance means an annual plan is a discount on the same product rather than a different one.
Changing tier mid-term
You can upgrade during an annual term. The unused portion of the current term is credited against the new plan, so you are not paying twice for the same months. Downgrading mid-term is not possible on an annual plan — it takes effect at renewal, like any downgrade.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Account → Subscriptions. Access runs to the end of the twelve-month term. After the 14-day refund window the remaining months are not refunded; you keep the access and the monthly credit issuance instead.
Switching from monthly to annual
Available at any point in Account → Subscriptions. The remaining days of the current monthly period are credited against the annual charge, and the lower rate applies from the moment you switch rather than from the next renewal.
Invoices
One invoice for the full term, issued at the start. If your finance process needs a purchase order first, that is available on Enterprise — invoices, VAT and payment methods.
