Roofing contractor email list

Roofers live by the weather. Time your outreach to their calendar, not yours, and work from rows counted out of a live crawl.

Norway, Sweden, Denmark and FinlandCounts dated 26 July 2026Phone and email flags on every row

Storms write the roofing calendar

No trade is more tied to the sky. That decides when your email gets read, so start there.

First, the coverage line. We list roofing contractors in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, and nowhere else.

If you need US or global roofing lists, Outscraper fits a one-off pull better than we do. If you sell into the Nordics, this is live data with a date on every count.

Now the trade itself. An autumn storm fills a roofer’s phone for a month. Heavy snow and ice do the same in late winter. Between those spikes sit the quiet weeks, and that is when quotes get written.

  • Storm week: the phone rings itself. Your email is noise and it stays unread.
  • The weeks after: the crew works the backlog. Still a bad time to pitch.
  • The quiet stretch: the owner prices jobs, orders material and plans the season.
  • That stretch is your window. It is when a new supplier or tool gets weighed up.

Do not pitch a roofer in the week after a storm. Whatever you sell, it will be read as a queue-jump. Save the send for the calm, and reference the storm in past tense.

  5. Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
  6. Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.

Insurance work builds an office habit

Some roofers run an inbox because the work forces them to. You can see it in the file.

A storm-damage job is rarely paid by the homeowner alone. An insurer sits behind it, and the insurer wants photos, reports and quotes in writing.

A roofer who does claim work has to run paperwork. Someone in that firm reads email at a desk, because adjusters do not take calls from a ridge.

Our file shows a trade with a real email habit. In Norway, 86 of 184 roofing contractors publish an email on their listing. That is 47%, one of the stronger rates among the trades we track.

The claimed-listing rate points the same way. 161 of those 184 Norwegian roofers have claimed their Google listing. Someone in the firm logs in and keeps it tidy.

A CSV cannot prove why. The claim trail is our best guess, and we mark it as a guess.

What it means for you is plain. Roofing takes email better than most outdoor trades. You still qualify row by row, but the channel is not hopeless here.

The crawl, country by country

Four counts, taken from our own database on 26 July 2026. Nothing estimated, nothing rounded.

  • Sweden: 305 roofing contractors on file. 84 publish an email. 28 have no website.
  • Finland: 228 on file. 55 carry an email.
  • Norway: 184 on file. 86 carry an email.
  • Denmark: 180 on file. 48 carry an email.

Only Sweden clears our 300-record floor for a country page. So Sweden has its own roofing list, and the other three countries do not yet.

That floor is a site-wide rule. A page counting fewer than 300 real rows is a page about nothing, so we do not publish one.

Sweden breaks the usual trade pattern

Swedish roofers average 4.69 stars, and only 9% lack a website. But just 66% show a phone number on the listing.

Most trades we track run the other way: phone on nearly every row, website often missing.

So in Sweden, plan around the web presence. The site is there; the number sometimes is not.

Sell in the calm, qualify by the listing

The list gives you the rows. The weather and three listing fields tell you which rows to work first.

Work the quiet stretch of the season in your region. The owner has desk time then, and desk time is when unknown senders get a chance.

  • Review count first. A roofer with dozens of reviews has crews, volume and a budget.
  • Claimed listing second. A claimed listing means someone in the firm works the channel you found them on.
  • Website third. A roofer with a site and no email means a contact form. Note it and move on.

Ring the small firms instead of writing to them. The owner is on a roof by eight, so call early or call late.

Our research page on which trades publish an email puts roofing next to its neighbours. Worth five minutes before you pick a channel.

And when you do write, keep it short. The cold email guide has the full shape, including the opt-out sentence the first message must carry.

A cadence for the roofing off-season

Written for anyone selling roofers something they weigh up in the planning weeks. We do not send email — run this in your own tool.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

    Subject before the season starts

Hi [name]. I found [firm] on Maps — [their review count] reviews and a strong rating.

I supply [what you sell] to roofing firms around [region]. The firms I work with sort it now, before the busy months eat the diary.

Worth a ten-minute call? If not, reply stop and I will not write again.

It names the season, not the product. A roofer plans by weather windows, so the deadline is theirs, not yours. The opt-out sits in plain words.

  2. 2 Day 4 Phone

Call before eight or after four. A roofer answers from a van or a yard, not a desk.

One question does the work: how did the last storm season treat the backlog?

Whatever they answer, you learn how they buy, and whether the office or the owner decides.

The storm question opens every roofer, because every roofer has a story about one. It also reveals whether insurance work runs through the firm.

  3. 3 Day 9 Email

    Subject two roofing firms nearby

Two firms like yours that use [what you sell]: [example one] and [example two].

Price is on the page below, so you do not have to ask me for it.

If it is not for you, reply stop and I will close the file.

In a trade where everyone knows everyone, nearby names beat any brochure. Public pricing removes the stall.

  4. 4 Day 16 Email

    Subject closing your file

The season is getting close, so I will close your file and stop writing.

If it comes up mid-season, my number is below. Good luck with the year.

The breakup borrows the roofer’s own deadline. When the weather turns, the diary shuts, and both of you know it.

Questions about roofing contractor lists

Why does only Sweden have its own roofing page?

Our rule is 300 real records before a country page ships. Sweden holds 305 roofing contractors, so it clears the bar.

Norway, Denmark and Finland sit under it for this trade. They get pages when the crawl deepens, not before.

Do you list roofing contractors outside the Nordics?

No. We cover Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, and we would rather say so than stretch.

For a one-off US or global pull, a tool like Outscraper fits better. Our comparison page is honest about where each tool wins.

When is the best time to email a roofer?

In the quiet stretch between the storm seasons in their region. That is when quotes get priced and suppliers get switched.

We will not name a month, because the weather does not read blogs. Watch the region you sell into.

What does a roofing row contain?

All 64 columns: name, address, phone, email where published, website, rating, review count, claimed status and more.

The headers match scrap.io’s exactly, so a switch breaks nothing downstream. Every export stays yours, even after you cancel.

Can I filter roofers by rating or missing website?

Yes, on every plan. Pick the category, pick the country, tick the filters, and the count updates before you export.

There is no upgrade wall on geography or filters. Credits are the only thing that rises with the tier.

Is cold email to roofing firms legal in Europe?

B2B outreach in the EU and EEA usually rests on legitimate interest under the GDPR. You must name yourself, say where the data came from, and offer an opt-out in the first message.

National marketing rules differ by country. Our GDPR guide covers it in full, and it is not legal advice.
