Veterinarian email list

Vet clinics keep the best-tended listings in our whole file. A panicked pet owner at night cannot afford a wrong number, and the clinics know it. That changes how you reach them.

Why vets keep their listings alive

Emergency work disciplines a clinic in a way no marketing advice ever could.

When a dog eats something wrong at ten at night, the owner searches, finds the nearest clinic, and calls. If the hours are wrong or the number is dead, the case goes elsewhere and the animal pays for it.

Clinics know this. So they claim the listing, keep the hours current, and answer the phone. The discipline shows up in our data.

  • 84% of Norwegian vet clinics have claimed their Maps listing. 85% in Sweden, 74% in Finland.
  • 96% of Norwegian and Swedish clinics list a phone number. 93% in Finland.
  • 52% of Norwegian clinics carry an email on file. Sweden sits at 39% and Finland at 26%.
  • Only 11% of Norwegian clinics have no website. For Norwegian dentists, that figure is 47%.

For you, the seller, this is unusual good news. Most local files are full of dead listings and missing fields. The vet file is different. Someone at each clinic tends it, because they have to.

Scope first, as always. We cover Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, and nothing else. For US or global veterinary lists, use a general scraper such as Outscraper. Our comparison page says the same.

Routine fills the diary, emergencies wreck it

A clinic day is two different businesses sharing one building. Sell to the plannable one.

The routine half is vaccinations, check-ups, dental work and planned surgery. It books weeks ahead and it pays the fixed costs. The emergency half arrives without warning and takes whatever time it takes.

That split decides how a clinic buys.

  • Nobody at a clinic can promise you a meeting slot. An emergency can erase any hour of any day.
  • The routine block is the sellable one. Offers that fill it — reminders, reorders, referral partnerships — attach to something plannable.
  • The reception desk juggles a waiting room, a phone and a drop-off queue at once. A cold call at peak hours lands on the busiest person in the building.
  • Email fits the rhythm. It waits out the emergency, and someone reads it when the room goes quiet.

So write short, ask for nothing time-boxed, and offer a callback window rather than demanding one. “Reply with a good time” beats “are you free Thursday at ten” in every clinic-shaped trade.

The message itself follows the normal local rules: under a hundred words, one ask, opt-out in plain words. The cold email guide has the full pattern.

Why there is no veterinarian country page yet

We publish a country page only when the file holds at least 300 records for that combination. Vets sit under that line — for now.

Here is what we hold, counted on 26 July 2026.

  • Norway: 199 veterinary clinics. 104 carry an email.
  • Finland: 238 clinics. 61 carry an email.
  • Sweden: 168 clinics. 65 carry an email.
  • Denmark: not in the veterinarian count yet. The Danish crawl has not reached this category.

Each of those sits under our 300-record floor, so none earns a country page. We would rather show you the real number than pad a page around a thin file.

None of this blocks you in the product. Every plan searches every country and every category. Pick veterinarians, pick a country, and the count in the corner tells you what you will get before you spend a credit.

The floor exists because a page must be worth ranking. When the crawl deepens past 300 in a country, that country page ships. The rows themselves are live today.

Neighbour trades with full country pages

If your offer fits clinic-shaped businesses, three published lists sell the same motion.

A vet clinic buys like other appointment-book clinics do: a reception desk, a booked diary, a practitioner who is with a patient all day. If that is your market, these files are deep enough to have earned pages.

The same cadence, the same reception-desk logic, and the same GDPR duties apply across all of them. Test the pitch on a published trade, then bring it to the vets.

A cadence shaped around clinic hours

Written for someone selling supplies or services to clinics. Adapt the offer; keep the timing logic. We build the list — the sending happens in your own tool.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

Subject for the practice manager at [clinic name]

Hi. I found [clinic name] on Google Maps — [one detail you checked, like their hours or their reviews].

I help clinics with [your offer in one plain line]. No meeting needed to see if it fits.

Reply with a good time and I will call then. If this is not for you, reply stop and I will not write again.

The clinic inbox survives the emergency that wrecks the phone. Asking them to name the time respects the one thing a clinic cannot give you: a promised hour.

  2. 2 Day 5 Phone

Call mid-afternoon, once the clinic has seen the morning drop-offs and before evening pickup. Never at opening time.

Ask reception one question: “who looks after [topic] — and when is a good time to reach them?” Then take the answer and go.

If an emergency has the clinic underwater, you will hear it in the first three seconds. Say “I will try another day” and hang up. They will remember that.

Reception triages all day. A caller who reads the room and leaves fast is the rarest kind, and the one that gets helped next time.

  3. 3 Day 10 Email

    Subject the details, in writing

As promised, the short version in writing: [two lines on the offer, with the price].

Two clinics that use it: [link].

If the answer is no, reply stop and I will close the file.

Clinics decide between patients, in stolen minutes. Everything they need has to sit in one email, price included, or the decision waits forever.

  4. 4 Day 17 Email

    Subject closing your file

No reply needed — I will stop writing and close your file today.

If you want the details later, they are below. All the best to the team.

A clinic that ignored four polite touches is a no for this quarter. Ending clean keeps the door open for the next one.

The FindAndClose export panel screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  4. Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
  5. The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.

Questions about veterinarian lists

Why is there no veterinarian page for Norway or Sweden?

We publish a country page only above 300 records. Norway holds 199 vet clinics, Sweden 168 and Finland 238 — real rows, honest counts, all under the line.

The rows are searchable and exportable in the app today. The page ships when the crawl deepens past the floor.

Does the email on a vet row reach a person or a shared inbox?

Almost always the clinic inbox. For a small clinic that is the practice owner or manager reading it between patients.

That is normal for local trades, and it works — as long as the message is short enough to forward. Our list building guide covers what shared inboxes mean for your send.

Can I separate emergency clinics from day practices?

Not with a filter — the category does not split them, and we will not pretend it does.

For a shortlist it takes seconds by hand: an emergency clinic shows late or 24-hour opening times on its listing. Check the hours before you pick a call window.

Which countries do the veterinarian rows cover?

Norway, Sweden and Finland today. Denmark is not in the veterinarian count yet, and we say so rather than padding the number.

Our wider coverage is the four Nordic countries. For anywhere else, use a global scraper — that is a different tool for a different job.

Are vet clinics worth cold outreach at all?

The file argues yes: these are claimed, current, phone-answering businesses. 84% of Norwegian clinics have claimed their listing, against 45% of Norwegian dentists.

A tended listing means someone at the clinic minds the digital shopfront. You are not writing into a void.
