Dentist email list

The dentist is chairside all day and the front desk screens the phone. That one fact should shape your whole campaign, and this page shows how.

Covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland610 Norwegian and 371 Swedish practices on fileEmail, phone and claimed flags on every row

The person who answers is not the person who buys

Every trade has a gatekeeper. In dentistry the gate has a salary, a script and one job: protect the diary.

A dentist spends the working day in gloves, with a patient in the chair. They do not pick up the phone. The front desk does.

The desk keeps the diary full and the room calm. It books patients. It screens everyone else. A cold call to a dental practice reaches a person whose job is to say no to you.

Email works on a different clock. A message to the practice inbox waits. The owner reads it between patients, at lunch, or after the last appointment. Nobody has to defend the diary against it.

  • A call demands attention now, from the one person trained to deflect it.
  • An email asks for attention later, when the owner has a minute.
  • A short email is easy to forward. The desk passes it to the owner with one click.
  • A call leaves no trace. An unanswered email is still there at closing time.

So the channel order for this trade is email first, phone second. The call comes later, once your name is half familiar. That is the reverse of a trade like painting, where the owner answers their own phone in the van.

One line of scope before you plan anything. Our data covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland — live rows from our own Nordic crawl. If you need US or global dentist lists, a general scraper like Outscraper fits better. Our Outscraper comparison is honest about that.

Practice economics, and why the owner will read you

Most Nordic practices are small and owner-run. The owner is the top clinician, the manager, and the buyer, all in one person.

That triple role shapes what the practice buys. Every hour the owner spends in the chair earns fees. Every hour on admin does not. So the admin happens at the edges of the day, and anything that shortens it has a listener.

The other side of the ledger is the patient. Dental patients do not shop around every year. A patient who stays, stays for years. Check-ups, hygiene visits, the occasional big treatment. One new patient is worth far more than one appointment.

Read those two facts together and the winning pitches write themselves.

  • Fill the chair: anything that brings new patients through the door.
  • Cut the admin: billing, recalls, supplies that arrive without a phone call.
  • Defend the fees: reputation, reviews, a practice that looks the part online.

Pitch in one of those three frames and the desk has a reason to forward you. Pitch “a quick chat about our platform” and you join the pile.

What our file holds on Nordic dentists

Counted from our own database on 26 July 2026. Every count below is a live query, not an estimate.

Norway is the deep end of the file. We hold 610 dental practices there. 183 carry an email address, which is 30%. 285 have no website at all — 47% of the trade. 94% list a phone number, and 45% have claimed their Maps listing.

Sweden holds 371 practices. 93 carry an email, which is 25%. 113 have no website, and 61% have claimed their listing.

The pair of numbers that should stop you

47% of Norwegian dentists have no website. Only 45% have claimed the one listing every new patient checks first.

This is a trade with real fees, real competition, and real patient churn to lose. Half of it is invisible online. If you sell websites or reputation work, this is your gap. Our no-website guide shows how to work it.

Denmark and Finland: rows, not pages

We hold 294 Danish and 274 Finnish dental practices. Both sit under our 300-record floor, so neither gets a country page yet. We do not publish a page we cannot back with depth.

You can still pull every one of those rows in the app. Pick the dentist category, pick the country, and export. The floor gates our pages, not your search.

The country pages carry the full breakdown, sample rows and regional tables: dentists in Norway and dentists in Sweden.

A cadence built to pass the desk

Written for someone selling a service to practices. Swap the offer; keep the shape. You run this in your own tool — we build the list and do not send email.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

Subject a question about [practice name]

Hi. I found [practice name] on Google Maps — [one real detail you saw, like their reviews or their missing website].

I work with dental practices on [your offer in one plain line]. It takes nothing from your chair time to look at.

Worth two examples? If not, reply stop and I will not write again.

The practice inbox is read in the gaps of the day, often by the owner. One real detail proves a person looked. The opt-out sits in the body, in plain words.

  2. 2 Day 4 Phone

Call when the diary breaks: before the first patient, over lunch, or after the last one. Mid-morning you will only meet the desk at its busiest.

Give the desk a reason, not a pitch: “I emailed on Monday about [topic] — who looks after that?” A named purpose opens more doors than charm.

If they name a person, ask when that person is off the chair. Then call back at that time, not now.

The desk screens sellers, not errands. Naming your own email turns you from a cold caller into a follow-up, and the desk routes follow-ups.

  3. 3 Day 9 Email

    Subject the two examples

Two practices I work with, with the results on the page: [link].

Pricing is on there too, so you do not have to ask.

If the timing is wrong, reply stop and I will close the file.

A practice owner has no time to chase a price. Publishing it removes the main reason a small practice stalls, which is fear of the number.

  4. 4 Day 16 Email

    Subject closing your file

I have not heard back, so I will stop writing and close your file.

If it becomes useful later, my details are below. Good luck with the practice.

The breakup email costs nothing to answer and ends the thread with your name intact. In a trade where colleagues talk, that matters more than one more pitch.

  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.

Questions about dentist lists

Will the email reach the dentist or the front desk?

It reaches the practice inbox. In a small owner-run practice, the owner or the practice manager reads that inbox — often the same person.

Write so the message is worth forwarding. The desk is not your enemy. It is your first reader, and it passes a clear one-line offer along.

Why do so many Norwegian dentists have no website?

Because the diary fills by referral and by the listing itself. 47% of Norwegian practices in our file have no site, and only 45% have claimed their listing.

A busy practice feels no pain from the gap — until a rival opens nearby with reviews and a booking page. That moment is when your pitch lands.

Are Danish and Finnish dentists included?

The rows are in the database: 294 Danish and 274 Finnish practices. Both counts sit under our 300-record publishing floor, so neither has a country page yet.

You can still filter and export them in the app on any plan. The floor gates what we publish, not what you can pull.

Who buys a dentist email list?

Dental labs, suppliers, software vendors and recruiters. And agencies that sell websites or reputation work.

The last group has the easiest opening in Norway, where almost half the trade has no site at all.

Is cold email to dental practices legal in the Nordics?

B2B outreach in the EU and EEA usually rests on legitimate interest under the GDPR. You must say who you are, where you got the data, and offer an opt-out in the first message.

The national e-marketing rules differ by country. Our GDPR guide walks through it. It is not legal advice.

How fresh are these rows?

We queried every count on this page on 26 July 2026, and each row carries its own last-seen date. We re-crawl on a rolling basis.

Your exports stay yours, and re-downloads are free — so refreshing a list before a campaign costs you nothing extra.
