Electrician email list: buying into a certified trade
Nobody wires a building without a licence. That one rule shapes the whole market, and it makes this list easier to check than any other trade we sell.
Covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and FinlandTwo country pages live, two below our floorEvery count dated 26 July 2026
Four countries, two pages, no padding
The honest map of what we hold, before any argument about what to do with it.
We cover Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, from our own Google Maps crawl. Nothing outside the Nordics. For a US or global electrician list, a worldwide tool like Outscraper is the better buy.
Inside those four countries, here is the electrician file today.
- Norway: 602 electricians, 290 with an email on file.
- Sweden: 360 electricians, 82 with an email.
- Denmark: 291 rows — under our 300-record floor, so no page yet.
- Finland: 264 rows. Same floor, same answer.
Denmark and Finland get pages when the crawl clears the floor, and not before. A thin page dressed up as a full one is how this category earned its bad name.
- Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
- Pick the place Country, region, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
- The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
- Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
- Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
- Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.
What a licence does to a market
Electrical work is regulated. You feel that rule in every row of the file.
Anyone can call themselves a marketing consultant tomorrow. Nobody can call themselves an electrician that way. The trade sits behind a licence, and the licence sits behind training, insurance and a registered firm.
That filters the market before we ever crawl it.
- Fewer ghost businesses. A licensed trade has fewer dead pins and hobby listings.
- Real firms with real paperwork. A registered company has a bank account and can pay.
- A public register to check against. You can verify a shortlist in an afternoon.
- Higher stakes on reputation. A certified firm protects its name, because the name carries the licence.
The register is the part most buyers waste. Our file gives you the market as Maps sees it. The national register tells you who holds the licence. Cross-check the two and your list is cleaner than anything either source gives alone.
This is also why demand for the list is steady. Solar firms, heat pump brands and charger networks all need certified installers, by law, in every market they enter. They cannot substitute an unlicensed firm at any price.
Where the email lives: the Stockholm effect
Coverage is not spread across a country. It piles up in the capital.
Sweden shows it in one set of numbers. The file holds 360 electricians, and 82 carry an email.
- Stockholm: 128 rows, 74 with an email.
- Skåne: 97 rows, 4 with an email.
- Västra Götaland: 86 rows, 2 with an email.
- Uppsala: 49 rows, 2 with an email.
Nearly every Swedish address sits in one city. Outside Stockholm, this is a phone trade, and your Swedish campaign should be built as one.
Norway runs broader and better. 290 of 602 electricians carry an email — 48% of the file. For contrast, our Norwegian records across all tracked trades run at 38%. Electricians beat their own country average.
The pattern fits the licence story. A certified firm bidding for commercial work needs a public face, and a public face comes with a contact page.
Reading the rows before you pitch
Three columns sort this trade faster than any persona document.
Review count splits crews from solo firms. The multi-van operations sit at the top, the one-person firms at the tail, and the sellable middle runs between them.
The claimed flag finds the neglected listings. 69% of Norwegian electricians have claimed their Maps page, and 65% of Swedish ones. The rest never logged in, and reputation work sells itself there.
The website flag finds the invisible. 172 Norwegian and 66 Swedish electricians have no site at all. For that pitch, the no-website guide is the playbook, and this page will not repeat it.
If you need named inboxes rather than firm addresses, read how to find business email addresses before you buy anything. It ranks the methods and names their failure rates honestly.
A partner-recruitment cadence for certified firms
Written for a heat pump or solar brand recruiting install partners. The certification angle does the selling. Run it in your own tool — we do not send email.

Subject install partners in [region]
Hi — we sell [product] in [region] and we need certified installers. I found your firm on Maps.
We bring the customer and the kit. You bring the crew and the licence. Payment terms are on one page, which I will send on request.
Want the page? Reply yes. Not interested? Reply stop and I will delete your details.
Lead with the thing only they can supply: the licence. A certified firm hears offers all week, but partner work with the customer already found is a different offer.
-
Call before 08:00, while they are still at the workshop.
One question: how full is your install calendar over the next two months?
A full calendar means ask about next quarter. An empty one means send the terms today.
Capacity is the real qualifier in this trade, and no database column holds it. One call gets the answer in a minute.
-
Subject the one-page terms
Here is the page I mentioned: rates, scope, who handles the customer, who handles the warranty.
No exclusivity and no volume commitment to start. Take one job and judge us on it.
If the answer is no, say stop and I will close your file.
A small first job removes the risk of saying yes. Certified firms guard their name, so let them test you at a size that cannot hurt it.
-
Subject closing the partner file
I am closing your file today, so this is the last note.
If your calendar opens up next season, my number is below. Good luck with the winter work.
Installer capacity moves with the season. The firm that is full today may be quiet in eight weeks, and this note is what they search their inbox for then.
- It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
- CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
- 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
- Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
- The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.
Electrician list questions, answered from the file
Why do electricians beat the country average for email?
In Norway, 48% of electricians carry an email against 38% across all our tracked trades there.
Our reading: certified firms chase commercial work, and commercial buyers expect a contact page. The trade’s paperwork habit shows up in its web presence.
How should I use the national registers with this file?
Filter our file first — region, website flag, review count — down to a shortlist. Then check that shortlist against the national register for the licence.
We do not publish a certified column, because Maps does not carry one and we do not guess at fields. The register is the source of truth for the licence, and we are the source for the market around it.
Why do the Swedish emails all sit in Stockholm?
Because that is where they are. 74 of Sweden’s 82 electrician emails are on Stockholm rows, and we publish the count rather than smooth it.
Treat Sweden as two campaigns. Stockholm can be emailed. The rest of the country gets called.
When do Denmark and Finland get electrician pages?
When their files clear our 300-record floor. Denmark holds 291 rows today and Finland 264.
Both sit close, so deepening the crawl is the whole job. We would rather wait than publish a page thinner than its promise.
I recruit install partners. How should I cut the file?
Sort by review count and start in the middle. The top rows are big firms with full calendars. The tail is one person who cannot take your volume.
Then filter by region around your stock. An installer two hours from your warehouse costs you the margin you signed them for.
The country files, and the next read
Both live electrician pages, plus the guides this page leans on.
