Home theatre installation email list

This trade wires a family cinema one week and a boardroom the next. Two buyers, one installer. Here is how to reach the firms and who really wants the list.

Where this list reaches, and where it stops

Coverage first, so nobody buys the wrong thing.

FindAndClose sells local business lists built from Google Maps. We cover four countries. Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland.

A home theatre installer here is a custom-install firm. The trade calls itself CI or AV integration. It fits cinemas, multi-room audio and control systems.

If you sell into the Nordics, this is live data from our own crawl. If you need a US or global list, we are the wrong shop.

A worldwide scraper fits that job. Our Outscraper review says where they win and where they charge for it.

  1. Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
  2. Pick the place Country, region, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
  3. The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
  4. Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
  5. Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
  6. Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.

The custom-install economy: high ticket, few jobs

This is not a call-out trade. It is a project trade, and that changes everything.

A plumber does ten small jobs a day. An AV integrator does one big project over weeks.

The work runs to a plan. A site visit, a design, a rack of kit, a wiring pull, a hand-over. Each job is worth a lot.

So the firm is small and the owner leads. The person who quotes is often the person who installs.

  • Most firms are a lead installer and a small crew.
  • The owner reads the inbox, and the owner buys the gear.
  • There is no purchasing desk to get past.
  • A job is booked by appointment, not by a panic call.

That last point matters for your channel. This trade does not live on the phone the way a plumber does. The owner plans, quotes and orders in writing.

So email has a real place here. These firms buy their kit from distributors by email already. If you supply gear, you are writing in a lane their inbox is built for.

Two rooms, two buyers

The same installer sells into a home and into an office. They are not the same sale.

The home job is the private cinema, the hidden speakers, the one-touch remote. The client is a homeowner, and taste and finish win the work.

The office job is the boardroom, the huddle room, the video wall. The client is a company, and the buyer is a facilities or IT lead.

One firm often does both. But the buyer, the budget and the cycle differ by room.

  • Home work turns on referral, show-homes and the installer’s own taste.
  • Commercial AV turns on a spec, a tender and a longer sign-off.
  • The home client decides fast. The office client waits on a committee.
  • A single Maps pin can hide either mix, or both.

For you, the seller, read the reviews before you pitch. A firm praised for a cinema room is a home specialist. A firm named in office fit-outs runs commercial.

The find business emails guide helps when you need a named contact rather than the firm address.

Why there is no live count on this page

Our tracked page set does not hold a home-theatre category yet. So we publish no trade count here.

Every count we publish comes from our tracked file, dated, and we do not pad the gaps. There is no AV-integrator row in that file today.

What we can show is the ground the trade stands on.

  • Our four countries hold 44,684 local business records in total.
  • Email coverage across our tracked trades: Norway 38%, Sweden 19%, Denmark 17%, Finland 16%.
  • Phone coverage runs ahead of email in every trade we track.

You do not have to wait for us to track this trade. The app searches Maps categories beyond our page set.

Pick the audio-visual or home-cinema category, pick a country, and the count shows before you export a single row.

A gear supplier’s cadence for a project trade

Written for a brand or distributor selling AV kit to installers. Lead with margin and stock, not with a cold pitch. Run it in your own tool — we send nothing.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

Subject trade pricing on [product line]

Hi [name] — I supply [product line] to custom-install firms in [region].

I saw your recent [room type] work on Maps. The trade sheet and stock list are one click away.

Want it? Reply yes. Not for you? Reply stop and I will not write again.

This trade buys gear by email already. A trade price list is a work document to them, not an interruption, so the offer fits the inbox.

  2. 2 Day 5 Email

Subject lead time on the parts that hold up jobs

One thing installers tell me: a late part stalls a whole project.

We hold [category] in stock and ship next day. Here is the current list: [link].

If stock is not your problem, say stop and I will close your file.

A project trade loses money when a job stalls for one missing part. Speaking to lead times hits the pain the owner actually feels on site.

  3. 3 Day 12 Phone

Call late afternoon, once the crew is back from site.

One question: who do you buy [product line] from today, and what would make you switch?

Whatever they say, offer to price-match one order so the risk is theirs to lose.

The owner is on site all day and back at the unit by late afternoon. That is the one window a call reaches the person who signs the orders.

  4. 4 Day 20 Email

    Subject last note from me

I will close your file today and stop writing.

If a supplier ever lets you down mid-job, my number is below. Good luck with the builds.

Suppliers get switched on a bad week, not a good pitch. The breakup leaves your number where the owner looks when a rival misses a delivery.

The FindAndClose export panel screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  4. Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
  5. The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.

Straight answers about home theatre installer lists

Why is there no live count on this page?

Because our tracked page set does not hold a home-theatre category yet. Every count we publish comes from that file, dated.

You can still size the trade in the app. Pick the audio-visual category, pick a country, and the count shows before you export.

Who actually buys a home theatre installer list?

AV gear brands and distributors, first of all. Speakers, projectors, screens, control systems and cabling all sell through these firms.

Software sellers with project tools also buy it. So do recruiters who chase scarce install talent.

Does the email reach the owner or a shared inbox?

Almost always the firm inbox, which the owner reads. These are small crews with no front desk.

That works in your favour here. The person reading is the person who buys the gear.

How do I tell home specialists from commercial AV firms?

Read the reviews and the listing. A firm praised for a cinema room leans home. A firm named in office fit-outs runs commercial.

One firm often does both, so sort your shortlist by the jobs the reviews describe, not by the category alone.

Do you cover installers outside the Nordics?

No. We cover Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, from our own crawl, and nothing else.

For US or global coverage, use a worldwide scraper. Our Outscraper review is an honest look at one.
