Medical clinic email list

A group medical clinic buys once for several doctors, and one person runs that buying. Reach the practice manager, not a doctor between patients, and the whole campaign changes.

Covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and FinlandNot a tracked category — no invented count hereBuilt around the practice manager, the shared buyer

One buyer for many doctors

A group clinic is not a bigger solo practice. The buying is pooled, and that is the whole point.

A multi-practitioner clinic puts several doctors under one roof. They share the reception, the rooms, the software and the supplies. So they share the buying too.

A doctor sees patients all day. None of them wants a sales email between appointments. The person who buys is the practice manager, and that role exists to pool the decisions.

This is the opposite of a solo trade, where the owner is the buyer and the worker at once. In a group clinic the roles split, and the manager holds the wallet.

  • One order covers many rooms. That makes each decision bigger and slower.
  • The manager weighs the whole clinic, not one doctor’s preference.
  • A doctor may ask for something, but the manager signs for it.
  • Reach the manager, and one yes covers the practice.

Scope, said early. Our rows cover Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, from our own live crawl. For US or global clinic data, a general scraper like Outscraper serves that better. Our comparison is on the site.

Group versus solo, and how the export hides it

A clinic file mixes big group practices with one-doctor rooms. Sort before you write.

The word clinic covers both a ten-doctor centre and a single GP. They buy on a different scale, and a Maps row does not label which is which.

You can read the clue from the columns you do have.

  • Review count is a rough size gauge. A busy centre gathers more reviews than a single room.
  • A claimed listing with a full website tends to mean a managed, staffed practice.
  • A bare row with no site is more often a solo doctor with no admin layer.
  • Names help. A branded group repeats across addresses, the way a chain does.

Sort by review count and start in the middle. The top rows are large centres with a procurement habit. The tail is a single doctor with no time for you. The sellable middle is the managed group practice.

The list building guide covers how to cut a mixed file like this before a send.

What the manager actually buys

Frame the offer around a shared cost, and the manager has a reason to read you.

A practice manager runs the clinic like a small business. Every hour a doctor spends in the room earns fees. Every hour on admin does not. So anything that shortens the admin has a listener.

The winning pitches follow from that.

  • Cut the admin: booking, billing, records, supplies that arrive without a call.
  • Fill the rooms: anything that brings patients through the door.
  • Serve every doctor at once: a tool one room likes but all of them share.

Pitch a shared saving and the manager can act. Pitch a single doctor’s pet feature and it dies between patients. The manager buys for the building, so sell to the building.

Why there is no medical clinic count here

Medical clinics are not a tracked category, so this page carries no trade number.

Our page set tracks 27 trades. A general medical clinic is not one of them yet. There is no such row in the file today, and we will not invent one.

For context, not as a clinic figure: our four countries hold 44,684 local business records. Email coverage across our tracked trades runs 38% in Norway, 19% in Sweden, 17% in Denmark and 16% in Finland.

The app still finds these clinics. It searches Maps categories beyond our page set — doctors, medical centres, health clinics. Pick the category, pick a country, and the count shows before you spend a credit.

One near neighbour we do publish is dentists, another appointment-book practice with a front desk and a diary. If your offer fits clinic-shaped buyers, the dentist email list shows the same reception-desk logic on a file we can count.

A cadence aimed at the practice manager

Written for someone selling a shared tool or service to group practices. It targets the manager, the pooled buyer. Run it in your own tool — we build the list and send nothing.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

Subject for the practice manager at [clinic name]

Hi. I found [clinic name] on Google Maps — [one real detail you checked].

I help group practices with [your offer in one plain line]. It serves every room, not one doctor.

Worth a look? If not, reply stop and I will not write again.

Addressing the manager, and saying the offer covers every room, signals you understand pooled buying. A solo-doctor pitch would miss the person who signs.

  2. 2 Day 5 Phone

Call mid-afternoon, once the morning list is through and before evening clinics.

Ask reception one thing: who manages the practice, and when can I reach them?

Take the answer and go. The manager is your target, not the doctor at the desk.

Reception routes all day. A caller who wants the manager by name, and leaves fast, gets helped ahead of one who tries to sell the front desk.

  3. 3 Day 11 Email

Subject what it saves the whole practice

As promised, the short version: [two lines on the shared saving, with the price].

Practices like yours that use it: [link]. Setup covers every room at once.

If it is a no, reply stop and I will close the file.

A manager decides on a whole-practice number, price included. Framing the saving across every room is what turns a maybe into a budget line.

  4. 4 Day 18 Email

    Subject closing your file

No reply needed — I will stop writing and close your file today.

If the admin load bites later, my details are below. All the best to the team.

A busy manager who ignored four polite touches is a no for now. Ending clean keeps the door open for the quarter the admin load gets worse.

The FindAndClose export panel screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  4. Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
  5. The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.

Questions about medical clinic lists

Who is the buyer at a group medical clinic?

The practice manager. That role exists to pool the buying for several doctors, so one yes covers the whole practice.

The doctors see patients all day and seldom read a sales email. Aim at the manager, and frame the offer as a shared saving.

How do I separate group practices from solo doctors?

Sort by review count and start in the middle. A large centre gathers more reviews; a single room gathers few.

A claimed listing with a full website points to a managed, staffed practice. A bare row is more often a solo doctor with no admin layer.

Why is there no count on this page?

Because a general medical clinic is not one of the 27 trades our file tracks. We publish only counts our file backs, dated.

The app still searches the category. Pick it, pick a country, and the live count shows before you export a row.

Is a medical clinic list different from a dentist list?

They share the shape — a front desk, a booked diary, practitioners with patients all day. Dentists are a trade we track and can count.

If your offer fits appointment-book practices, start on the file we can count. The dentist email list shows the same logic with real numbers.

Is cold email to clinics legal in the Nordics?

B2B outreach in the EU and EEA usually rests on legitimate interest under the GDPR. Say who you are, where you got the data, and offer an opt-out up front.

National e-marketing rules differ by country. Our GDPR guide walks through it. It is not legal advice.
