Plastic surgeon email list: the surgical trade that advertises

Cosmetic surgery is cash-pay, so the clinic must be found to survive. That is the opposite of urology, and it is why this list is one you can reach.

A surgical trade that sells like a shop

Money changes everything. A cash-pay clinic must market, and a clinic that markets is easy to find.

A cosmetic clinic has no referral pipeline to lean on. The patient pays out of pocket and chooses for themselves. So the clinic advertises, and it advertises hard.

That marketing leaves a trail. A booking page, a price list, a busy Instagram, a contact form. Every one of those is a door you can knock on.

This is the mirror image of the urology trade. There, the doctor hides inside a hospital. Here, the surgeon wants to be found, because being found is the whole business.

  • Cosmetic clinics run adverts, so they carry a public contact page.
  • They live on social, so the export social fields tend to be full.
  • They publish prices, because the patient is a shopper.
  • They answer their inbox, because a missed enquiry is lost cash.

Coverage, up front. FindAndClose covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, from our own Google Maps crawl. For a US or global cosmetic-surgery list, a worldwide scraper like Outscraper fits better. This is a Nordic file.

The FindAndClose search results screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
  2. Pick the place Country, region, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
  3. The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
  4. Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
  5. Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
  6. Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.

Cosmetic and reconstructive: two trades, one word

The word "plastic surgeon" hides two very different businesses. Split them before you send.

Reconstructive surgery repairs. It follows burns, cancer and injury, and it sits inside the hospital system. That half behaves like urology: referral-led, public-paid, hard to reach.

Cosmetic surgery enhances. It is private, cash-pay, and it markets to the patient. That half is the one your list can touch.

The same crawl surfaces both, so the first job is to tell them apart.

  • A cosmetic clinic shows prices, before-and-after galleries and offers.
  • A reconstructive contact is usually a hospital department, not a clinic.
  • The cosmetic side carries heavy social; the hospital side carries none.
  • A private clinic name repeats across a website; a department does not.

Sort the export on those signals and the cosmetic half falls out clean. That is the half worth a campaign. The hospital half is a different, harder job, closer to the urologist page.

Who buys from a plastic surgeon, and why the margins matter

Cash-pay margins fund big purchases. That is why the buyers cluster here.

A cosmetic clinic keeps a high margin per case. That money buys equipment, stock and marketing, so the vendors line up.

  • Implant makers sell breast, facial and body implants by the case.
  • Injectable and filler brands supply the non-surgical add-on line.
  • Laser and device vendors sell the machines that widen the menu.
  • Financing and buy-now-pay-later firms fund the patient side.
  • Marketing agencies chase the ad budgets these clinics carry.

Each of those has an easy opening, because the clinic wants tools that bring or serve paying patients. A pitch framed around case volume or patient spend gets read.

That is the difference from a low-margin trade. A cosmetic surgeon can say yes to a real purchase this month. The decision often sits with the owner-surgeon.

Reading the rows before you write

This trade leaves more signal than most. Use the columns it fills.

Because cosmetic clinics market, the social and website fields carry real information. Do not waste them.

The website flag confirms a marketing clinic. A cosmetic surgeon with no site is rare, and usually a hospital pin, not a target.

The social columns matter more here than in any trade we cover. Instagram is where this business meets its patient, so a full social row signals an active, spending clinic.

Review count sorts the busy from the quiet. A clinic with hundreds of reviews runs real case volume, which means real supply and marketing budgets. Start there. The find-email guide covers reaching a named surgeon behind the clinic address.

A device-vendor cadence for cash-pay clinics

Written for a laser, implant or injectable supplier. It leans on the inbox, because these clinics publish and answer one. Run it in your own tool — we build lists and send nothing.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

Subject more cases from your [treatment] line at [clinic name]

Hi. I found [clinic name] on Maps — [one detail, like a treatment you saw them offer].

I supply [device or product] to cosmetic clinics. It widens what you can bill without new theatre time.

Want two clinic examples with the numbers? If not, reply stop and I will not write again.

A cosmetic clinic reads the inbox because enquiries are cash. Framing the offer as more billable cases speaks the language of a case-fee business.

  2. 2 Day 5 Phone

Call early afternoon, between the morning list and the consultation block.

Ask reception one thing: who decides on new treatment equipment here?

A single owner-surgeon means send the note straight to them. A group means find the clinical lead.

In an owner-run clinic the surgeon is the buyer. One call finds whether the decision sits with one person or a small group.

  3. 3 Day 11 Email

Subject the case maths, on one page

As promised: the device, the case fee, and the payback on one page: [link].

A trial unit is available, so you can judge results before you commit.

If the fit is wrong, reply stop and I will close the file.

This buyer thinks in case fees and payback. Put the maths on one screen and the surgeon can decide between patients.

  4. 4 Day 19 Email

    Subject closing your file

I will close your file today, so this is the last note.

If you widen the treatment menu next season, my details are below. Good luck with the list.

Clinics add treatments in planning cycles. The breakup note is what a surgeon searches for when that cycle comes round.

The FindAndClose export panel screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  4. Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
  5. The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.

Questions about plastic surgeon lists

Why is there no live count on this page?

Our page set tracks 27 trades, and plastic surgeon is not one of them. We only publish a live count where the tracked file backs it.

We will not fabricate a figure. The app still searches the category, and the count appears before you export a row.

How do I keep cosmetic clinics and drop the hospital rows?

Sort on the marketing signals. A cosmetic clinic shows prices, galleries and heavy social. A reconstructive contact is a hospital department with none of that.

Keep the rows that behave like a business. Those are the cash-pay clinics your campaign can reach.

Who gets the best response from this trade?

Suppliers whose product adds billable cases. Think devices, injectables and implants. Add the financing that helps patients say yes.

The clinic reads a note framed around patient volume, because patient volume is its whole income.

Is this list bigger than the urologist one?

It is more reachable, which matters more than raw size. Cosmetic clinics publish contact details, so the addressable share is high.

We will not put a number on a trade we do not track. But a marketing trade always yields a cleaner list than a hospital one.

Can I reach the surgeon on Instagram instead of email?

The export shows which rows carry Instagram and Facebook links, and for this trade many do. Social is where these clinics work.

What you do with those links happens in your own tools. We hand you the file and never send on any channel.
