Psychologist email list: the confidentiality wall

A psychologist reads their own mail, with the same care they read a client file. That one habit sets the channel, the tone and the whole plan.

Covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and FinlandNot a tracked trade — no invented count on this pageAn email-only cadence, built for a guarded inbox

The inbox behind a confidentiality wall

Every message to a psychologist meets a privacy rule before it meets a person.

A psychologist holds the private lives of their clients. That duty shapes every channel they use.

Their inbox is not an open door. It is a controlled one.

Many run bookings through a locked system, not open mail. A client writes through a form, not to a public address.

  • There is rarely a receptionist. The psychologist reads their own mail.
  • They reply between sessions, not during them.
  • A cold note sits next to real client mail, and gets read with the same care.
  • Anything that reads as bulk mail is deleted fast.

So write to one person, in plain words. Name why you wrote, and who you meant to reach.

A blast to 500 addresses fails here. A short, human note has a chance.

Scope first. Our data covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, from our own Nordic crawl. If you need US or global psychologist lists, a general scraper like Outscraper fits better. Our Outscraper comparison is honest about that.

The FindAndClose search results screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
  2. Pick the place Country, region, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
  3. The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
  4. Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
  5. Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
  6. Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.

A full book changes what they buy

Most solo psychologists do not want more clients. They want fewer headaches.

A working therapist often runs a waiting list. The diary is full for weeks.

So a pitch that promises more clients misses. They cannot see more people.

Sell them time back, or peace of mind. Those two things they will read.

  • Cut the admin: booking, notes, invoicing, reminders.
  • Meet the rules: secure records, consent, careful data handling.
  • Protect the practice: insurance, supervision, a clean website.

Frame the offer as one of those three. Then the note earns a reply.

Pitch a quick demo of your platform, and you join the deleted pile.

What our file holds on psychologists

The honest part. We do not track this trade yet, and we will not invent a number for it.

Our page set tracks 27 trades. Psychologists are not one of them.

So we publish no live count for them. A count we cannot back is a count we do not print.

What we can give you is the ground around the trade.

  • Our four countries hold 44,684 local business records in total.
  • Email coverage by country: Norway 38%, Sweden 19%, Denmark 17%, Finland 16%.
  • Phone coverage runs ahead of email in every trade we track.

A solo therapist may sit below those email rates, not above. The inbox is a guarded one, remember.

You do not have to wait for us, though. The app searches Maps categories beyond our page set. Pick psychologists, pick a country, and the count shows before you export a row.

The neighbour clinics we do publish

If your offer fits any booked, appointment-led practice, three files are deep enough to sell to.

A psychologist buys like other appointment clinics do. A booked diary, one practitioner, no spare hour in the day.

Test the pitch on a published trade first. Then bring it to the psychologists.

A cadence that respects a guarded inbox

Written for someone selling booking or practice software to solo psychologists. Note the missing phone step: this trade screens the phone as hard as the inbox, so the whole cadence stays written. You run it in your own tool — we build the list and send nothing.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

Subject a note for [name], not a campaign

Hi [name]. I found your practice on Google Maps — [one real detail, like your booking page].

I build booking tools for solo therapists. It cuts the admin around each session.

Worth a two-minute look? If not, reply stop and I will not write again.

A private inbox is read with care. One real detail proves a person wrote this, not a machine spraying a list.

  2. 2 Day 6 Email

Subject the one thing it saves you

One follow-up, then I stop. The tool handles booking, reminders and notes in one place.

Here is a two-minute walk-through: [link]. The price sits on the page.

If the timing is wrong, reply stop and I will close your file.

A booked therapist has no hour for a call. A short video and a visible price remove the two reasons a small practice stalls.

  3. 3 Day 14 Email

    Subject closing your file

I have not heard back, so I will stop here and close your file.

If it becomes useful later, my details are below. All the best with the practice.

The breakup note costs nothing to answer. It ends the thread with your name intact, which matters in a trade where colleagues talk.

The FindAndClose export panel screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  4. Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
  5. The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.
The export drawer. Thirty-four column groups write 64 columns, and every one of them is on every plan — including the €49 one.

Questions about psychologist lists

Will the email reach the psychologist?

It reaches their own inbox. In a solo practice there is no receptionist between you and them.

That is a chance and a risk. Write to one person, in plain words, or the note reads as bulk mail and dies.

Why is a psychologist inbox so guarded?

Because confidentiality is the job. They handle private client mail all day and screen everything else hard.

A message that looks like a campaign gets deleted on sight. A short, human note is the only kind that survives.

Do you have a count of psychologists?

No. Psychologists are not one of our 27 tracked trades, so we publish no figure and will not guess one.

You can still search the category in the app on any plan. Pick psychologists, pick a country, and the live count shows before you spend a credit.

Why is there no phone step in your sequence?

Because a call interrupts a session, and this trade screens the phone as hard as the inbox.

Email waits for the gap between clients. The whole cadence stays written on purpose.

Who buys from a psychologist list?

Booking and notes software, clinical supervisors, indemnity insurers, room-rental owners and training providers.

Each one sells time back or peace of mind. A full-book therapist has no room for a pitch that only promises more clients.

Is cold email to a solo therapist legal?

B2B outreach in the EU and EEA usually rests on legitimate interest under the GDPR. You must say who you are and offer an opt-out in the first message.

A sole trader may count as a consumer under some national rules, so treat every row with care. Our GDPR guide walks through it. It is not legal advice.
