Seamless.AI · compared

Seamless.AI hunts each contact down. We already crawled the pin.

Their engine researches a person in real time, which suits corporate hunting. A salon in Odense needs no hunt. Its listing is public, and our index holds it with a date on the row.

What Seamless.AI does well

Seamless.AI calls itself a real-time search engine for sales leads, not a static list. That framing is honest, and it matters.

Their site claims a very large reach: over 1.8 billion checked business emails and over 414 million phone numbers. We cannot audit those figures, so we report them as their claim.

The core move is research on demand. A credit is spent when the engine researches one contact and digs up emails, numbers and background. If an email proves bad, their site offers a credit back.

Around the engine sits a full suite. Their pages describe outreach tools, AI agents, enrichment and buyer intent. That is a platform play, and for corporate teams it is a real draw.

How they price it

The free plan is public: one user and 50 credits, at no cost. It is a taster, and a fair one.

Past that, the page goes quiet. The Pro and Enterprise plans show no price. Both say to contact sales, with credits sold in yearly packages.

One detail from their page is worth noting: credits on paid plans do not expire. That beats our rollover, and we mark it as their win in the table.

We will not print a Seamless.AI paid price, because their site does not. Any figure we gave you would come from someone else's blog. We quote the model and stop.

A hunt needs a trail

Research on demand works when the target left tracks. A director at a 200-person firm has a profile, a bio, a company page. The engine has material to work with.

A two-chair barber in Tampere left almost none of that. No title, no bio, no company page. The one thing he did publish is his Maps listing, because customers need it.

So the hunt is the wrong shape for this buyer. Nothing needs finding. The record already sits in public, and the job is to collect it at scale, keep it fresh and stamp it.

That is what our crawl does. Each row carries a first-seen and a last-seen date, so you know its age before you ring it.

The coverage test — the free tier settles it

Seamless.AI gives 50 free credits with no card. Spend an evening and let the counts decide.

  1. Pick one trade and one town you sell into. Plumbers in Bergen. Gyms in Espoo. Pick one you can check by eye.
  2. Ask their engine for that list. Filter to the country, the trade and small firms.
  3. Count results that are real shopfronts. A street address, not a head office or a home page ghost.
  4. Spend a few credits on one result. Check whether the number would ring the shop or someone's old mobile.
  5. Count the Maps pins for the same trade. Same town, same minute. Compare the two counts.

For corporate names, we expect their engine to look strong. That is its home ground and we do not contest it.

For shopfronts, we expect the map to win by a wide margin. Do not take our word for that. You have 50 free credits and we have a 14-day trial. Run both.

When to run both

A hunt for the people you must find. An index for the shops that already told the world where they are.

Keep Seamless.AI if your pipeline runs on named corporate contacts and the platform tools around them. We replace none of that.

Add us when the campaign is a trade across a region. The buyer answers the shop phone, and the record is the listing.

  • Hunting a VP whose email is nowhere public — Seamless.AI
  • Exporting every roofer in Norway with a rating filter — us
  • Enriching a corporate CRM with fresh titles — Seamless.AI
  • Finding the gyms in Finland with no website — us
  • Any list you want priced on a public page — us

On the money, the shapes differ more than the tools. Their paid tiers are yearly credit packages scoped on a call. Ours is a card payment you can cancel in the app.

One last line for clarity. We do not send email, run agents or dial anyone. Their platform does outreach; we hand you a file for your own tools.

What people ask before they switch

Should I cancel Seamless.AI?

Not if the outreach suite carries your pipeline. Cancelling would break your sending, and we ship no sending at all.

Look at how much of your list is small local firms. Move that slice to us and keep the corporate hunt where it is.

What does Seamless.AI cost?

The free plan costs nothing and holds 50 credits. Beyond that we do not know, because their site prints no paid price.

Ask their sales team for the yearly package figure in writing. Then set it beside $49 a month here, cancellable in the app.

Is a crawled index worse than real-time research?

For a moving target, yes. A person changes jobs, and a stale row on a person goes wrong fast. Their engine exists for that reason.

A shop moves far less than a person does. And every row of ours shows its first-seen and last-seen dates, so you judge freshness yourself.

Do you have AI agents or outreach tools?

No. No agents, no sequences, no dialer, and no sending of any kind. Their platform wins every one of those rows.

We are the data layer only. You export a file and run it in the tools you already pay for.

Can I import your file into Seamless.AI or a CRM?

The export is a plain CSV or XLSX with fixed headers. Any tool that accepts a file import will take it.

We keep no integration with their platform, so treat it as a file handoff and nothing more.

Is cold outreach to these businesses legal in Europe?

Every field we sell is business data the firm published on its own listing. For B2B contact that rests on legitimate interest, with an opt-out in your first message.

Add anyone who declines to your suppression list and the app blocks them from every future export. Read the full position on data and the law.
