Dental clinic email list

Every dental clinic burns through gloves, composites and consumables. It reorders on a cycle. This page treats the practice as a buyer of supplies — not as an owner to reach, which has its own page.

Covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland610 Norwegian and 371 Swedish practices on fileFor reaching the owner, see the dentist email list

A clinic is a buyer, not just a caregiver

Two pages, two jobs. The dentist page reaches the owner. This one treats the clinic as an organisation that restocks.

A dental practice does clinical work all day. It also runs as a small buyer. Every filling uses materials. Every patient uses consumables. The stock cupboard empties, and someone refills it.

That reorder habit is the whole subject here. If you supply a dental clinic, you are not selling to a caregiver. You are selling into a supply chain that repeats every month.

This is a different page from the dentist email list, on purpose. That one is about getting past the front desk to the owner. This one is about being the supplier the practice reorders from.

Scope first. Our data covers Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, from our own Nordic crawl. For a US or global dental list, a general scraper like Outscraper fits better. Our Outscraper comparison is honest about that.

Consumables and capital: two sales, one clinic

A clinic buys two ways. Match your cadence to the one you are in.

The reorder side is consumables. Gloves, composites, impression materials, sterilisation stock. It runs out, the clinic replaces it, and buys on price, reliability and delivery.

The capital side is equipment. A chair, an imaging unit, a steriliser. A clinic buys it once, keeps it for years, and decides slow.

  • Consumables: frequent, low drama, won on delivery and price. Email is the ordering lane.
  • Capital: rare, high stakes, won on trust and a demo. A relationship sale.
  • A consumables supplier wants to be the default reorder, not a one-off.
  • A capital seller wants a place in mind for when the old machine gives out.

Know which sale you are in before you write a word. A reorder pitch and an equipment pitch share nothing but the address.

What the file holds on Nordic dental clinics

These are the same practices as the dentist file. Counted from our database on 26 July 2026.

The dental clinics in our file are the dentist rows, read as buyers instead of as caregivers. Here is the depth, per country.

  • Norway: 610 practices. 183 carry an email — 30%.
  • Sweden: 371 practices. 93 carry an email — 25%.
  • Denmark: 294 practices, under our 300-record page floor.
  • Finland: 274 practices, also under the floor.

Read the email line for a supplier. Under a third of practices carry an email, so most reorder contact still starts on the phone. The email half is the lane where an ordering relationship can live.

Where the country pages sit

Norway and Sweden clear our floor. Each gets a full country page with sample rows and regional splits. See dentists in Norway and dentists in Sweden.

Denmark and Finland sit under the 300-record line, so neither has a country page yet. The rows are live and exportable in the app all the same.

For the reach-the-owner argument, read the dentist email list next.

Who minds the stock cupboard

The reorder decision lives with whoever refills the shelves, and that is seldom the dentist.

In a small practice, the owner-dentist may still order the stock between patients. In a larger clinic, a practice manager or a lead nurse holds that job.

That person is your reader. They care about three things, in order.

  • Does it arrive on time? A clinic that runs out of gloves cannot work.
  • Is the price steady? Surprises on a routine line lose a supplier.
  • Is reordering easy? A default order beats a fresh decision every month.

Pitch reliability first, price second, novelty last. A dental clinic changes a consumables supplier when the current one lets it down, not when a new one sounds exciting.

To find the named person who orders, rather than the practice inbox, the find business emails guide ranks the methods honestly.

A reorder cadence for a dental supplier

Written for someone who sells materials or consumables to dental clinics. It aims to become the default reorder. Run it in your own tool — we build the list and send nothing.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

    Subject your [material] reorder, priced

Hi. I supply [material category] to dental practices — I found yours on Maps.

Two lines worth checking against what you pay now: [item] and [item]. A full price list is one click away.

Want it? Reply yes. Not for you? Reply stop and I will not write again.

A consumables inbox is an ordering channel, so a priced offer reads as work. Naming two lines invites a direct price comparison, which is how a clinic buys stock.

  2. 2 Day 6 Phone

Call mid-morning, after the first patients and before lunch.

Ask one question: who orders the [material] for the practice?

When you have the name, ask the best time to send a price list they can act on.

The person who reorders is often a nurse, not the dentist. One call finds who holds the stock decision.

  3. 3 Day 12 Email

Subject the full list, and a first order

Here is the full price list: [link]. Delivery days are on it.

Try one order on the lines you use most. If the delivery is clean, the next one is a repeat.

If it is a no, reply stop and I will close the file.

A clinic tests a supplier on one order before it switches a routine. A clean first delivery, not a clever pitch, is what earns the standing reorder.

  4. 4 Day 20 Email

    Subject last note from me

I will close your file today and stop writing.

If your current supplier misses a delivery, my number is below. Good luck with the practice.

Dental clinics switch stock suppliers on a bad delivery week. The breakup leaves your number where they will search for it when that week arrives.

  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  4. Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
  5. The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.

Questions about dental clinic lists

How is this different from the dentist email list?

The dentist email list is about reaching the owner behind the front desk. This page treats the clinic as an organisation that reorders supplies.

Same practices, different job. Read that page if you want to sell to the dentist. Read this one if you supply the clinic.

Who orders the materials at a dental clinic?

In a small practice, often the owner-dentist between patients. In a larger clinic, a practice manager or a lead nurse holds the reorder job.

That person cares about delivery, steady prices and easy reordering. Pitch reliability first, and price second.

How many dental clinics are in the file?

610 in Norway and 371 in Sweden, both with full country pages. Denmark holds 294 and Finland 274, each under our 300-record floor.

The under-floor rows are live and exportable in the app. The floor gates our pages, not your search.

Can I email every dental clinic on the list?

No. Under a third carry an email — 30% in Norway, 25% in Sweden. Most reorder contact still starts on the phone.

Send to the email half, and work the rest by phone. A campaign built on the field you have beats one built on the field you wish you had.

Is a consumables sale different from an equipment sale?

Yes, and they share only the address. Consumables are frequent and won on delivery and price, with email as the ordering lane.

Equipment is rare and slow, won on trust and a demo. A capital seller wants to be remembered when the old machine fails, not to close from an inbox.
