Lusha · compared

Lusha charges you per reveal. We charge you per month.

They're not on LinkedIn. They're on Google Maps. Lusha is the closest tool to us on price, and the furthest from us on shape. One reveals a person. One hands you a whole trade.

What Lusha is genuinely built for

Lusha is a prospecting layer that sits over the pages you already browse. It is quick, cheap to start and pleasant to use.

The core move is a reveal. You find a person, you press the button, and Lusha gives you their work email or their phone number.

That is a good tool for one-by-one prospecting. A rep working 30 named accounts gets real value from it, and the browser extension makes the habit easy to keep.

Lusha also sells enrichment, buying signals and CRM tie-ins. Their pages list GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2 Type II and ISO work behind the data. That is a real programme and we will not talk it down.

What a credit buys

Their pricing page is refreshingly plain, so we can quote it. Read on 26 July 2026, it said a verified email reveal costs 1 credit and a phone number costs 10.

The plans it showed that day: Free at 40 credits a month, Starter at $49.90 a month for 400 credits, Professional at $69.90 for 600, and Premium at $399.90 for 3,400.

On monthly plans it said unused credits roll up to twice your limit. On yearly plans you get the whole pot up front and lose what is left at the end of the cycle.

Teams over five seats go to sales. Below that you can buy it on a card, same as us.

Do the arithmetic on the phone number. Six hundred credits is 600 emails, or 60 phone numbers, or some mix of the two. For a trade list, the phone number is the field you came for.

Our shape, and why it is different

Starter is €49 a month with 10,000 lead credits and one seat. Every row you export carries all 64 columns.

The phone number is one of those columns. So is the email, the website, the rating, the review count and the opening hours. You do not pay ten times over for the number.

That difference falls out of what each tool is for. Lusha prices a reveal because a reveal is the work. We price a file because the file is the work.

Neither model is a trick. They are answers to different questions. Ours is worse for one person at one account, and better for 900 salons in one region.

The coverage gap, in one line

Lusha reveals people at companies. A person needs a title. A title needs an employer with a web presence.

A two-van plumbing firm in Bergen has no title to reveal. It has an owner, a van and a Maps pin with a landline on it. Our index grew out from that pin.

  1. Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
  2. Pick the place Country, region, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
  3. The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
  4. Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
  5. Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
  6. Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.

The coverage test — spend ten credits and find out

Lusha has a free tier, so this test costs you nothing but a quarter of an hour.

  1. Pick a trade and a town you know. Hair salons in Malmö. Plumbers in Trondheim. Somewhere you can check by eye.
  2. Try to build that list in Lusha. Filter to the country, the industry and firms under ten staff.
  3. Count the rows that are the shop itself. Not a chain head office. The shop with a door on a street.
  4. Spend the credits on one phone reveal. See whether the number rings the shop or a mobile in a marketing team.
  5. Count the pins for the same trade on Maps. That gap between the counts is the whole of this page.

A rep who works 30 named accounts will love Lusha after that test. An agency that needs 900 salons will not.

Run the same test here and it costs nothing. The trial lasts 14 days and gives you 100 leads with no card. Export one town and ring five numbers.

When to run both

The two tools cost about the same and do almost nothing that overlaps. That is a good reason to hold both.

Keep Lusha for the accounts where you need a name. A firm with 60 staff, a website and a marketing lead is exactly its ground.

Use us where the business is the person. A salon owner, a roofer, a driving school. There is nobody to reveal, because the owner picks up the phone.

  • Thirty named accounts and a rep who works them by hand — Lusha
  • Nine hundred salons in one region — us
  • Finding the head of ops at a logistics firm — Lusha
  • Finding every gym in Denmark with no website — us
  • Enriching your CRM with job titles — Lusha

On European cover, both tools sell into Europe and both do it in a different way. Theirs follows employers. Ours follows shop fronts. Neither one covers the other.

Neither of us sends your email. Lusha does not, and we do not. You still need a sender, and that is a good thing to know before you buy either.

What people ask before they switch

Should I cancel Lusha?

Most of the time, no. If your reps use the extension every day on named accounts, cancelling it saves €50 and costs you a habit that works.

A better question is what share of your outbound goes to firms with under ten staff. Move that share here and let Lusha keep the rest.

Which is cheaper?

It depends on what you count. Lusha Starter and our Starter sit near the same price, so the question is what each one gives you for it.

On the day we checked, Lusha Starter showed 400 credits, with a phone reveal at 10 credits. Ours gives 10,000 lead credits with the phone number already in the row.

Do you have a browser extension?

No. We have no Chrome extension and none is on the near roadmap. Lusha wins that row and we mark it as theirs in the table.

Our shape is a search in the app, then an export. It fits list building rather than browsing.

Do your credits roll over?

From the €99 Growth plan, unused credits roll over for one month. Scale rolls them for three. Starter does not roll over.

Lusha rolls unused credits on its monthly plans up to twice the plan limit, which is the better deal at the entry tier.

Whose phone number am I getting?

Ours is the number the business printed on its own Google Maps listing for customers to ring. That is the shop line.

Lusha reveals a number tied to a person. For a big firm that is the more useful field. For a two-van plumber, there is only one number and we already have it.

Can I use the file for cold outreach in Europe?

Every field we sell is public business data that the business published itself. Under GDPR that is legitimate interest for B2B contact, and your first message must carry an opt-out.

We hold a suppression list per account, and a domain added there is blocked on every future export. Read the full position on data and the law.
