ZoomInfo · compared
ZoomInfo sells you the enterprise. We sell you the high street.
They're not on LinkedIn. They're on Google Maps. ZoomInfo is the deepest file in the market for corporate buyers. It was never meant to hold the salon on the corner.

What ZoomInfo is genuinely built for
ZoomInfo serves revenue teams at larger firms. Judged on that job, it is very good, and we are not going to pretend otherwise.
The product is a whole go-to-market stack, not a list. Buying intent, org charts, technographics and site visitor data all sit in one place. So does deep CRM plumbing.
Their compliance work is real too. A firm selling into that many markets has to hold a serious privacy programme, and they do. We are a small team with a narrow file, and we say so.
If your buyer sits inside a company with a web presence and a payroll, ZoomInfo will find them. That is the job they drew it for.
The contract, not the price
ZoomInfo does not publish a price. Their own site says pricing runs on usage credits. It also says no dollar amounts appear there. Every contract gets a scope built around the buyer.
Their site names five things that move a quote.
- Team size
- Credit volume
- Features such as intent data and technographics
- Integrations and API access
- How long you sign for
On billing they are blunt. Their site says most paid plans bill yearly up front, and that monthly billing is not the standard shape.
There is a free tier. ZoomInfo Lite carries 10 credits a month, with no card and no end date. It is a taster, not a working list.
We will not print a ZoomInfo number on this page. They do not publish one, and every figure in the wild comes from a third party. A number we cannot check is a number we do not write.
What a yearly contract does to a small test
The shape of the deal matters more than the sticker. A quote scoped around a team means you cannot buy one seat for one month to test one city.
You book a demo. You take a call. You get a quote built around your headcount. Then you sign for a year and find out whether the trades are in there.
Our shape is the other one. Starter is €49 a month, on a card, with one seat. Cancel it in the app and no one rings you.
That is not us being braver than ZoomInfo. It is a different buyer. A five-person agency in Trondheim cannot sign a yearly contract to find out if a list is any good.
ZoomInfo and FindAndClose, row by row
Grouped by cover of local firms, contact fields, freshness, the shape of the deal, who owns the export, and sending. Grey rows are the ones ZoomInfo wins.

ZoomInfo's pricing and features last checked on 26 July 2026. We re-check every month. Rows shaded grey are ones where they beat us.
Every ZoomInfo row above comes from ZoomInfo's own pages on the date shown. Where they publish no figure, we describe the model instead of guessing at one.
- Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
- Pick the place Country, region, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
- The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
- Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
- Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
- Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.
The coverage test — ask for it before you sign
A yearly contract is a bad place to learn that a trade is missing. Do the test while a rep is still keen to help.
- Pick one trade and one town you sell into. Electricians in Bergen. Dentists in Uppsala. Something you can check by eye.
- Ask the rep to run it live on the demo call. Not a sample file they send after. Live, on screen, while you watch.
- Count the rows with a street address in that town. Then ask how many of those firms have fewer than five staff.
- Open the same trade on Google Maps and count pins. Do this on your own screen, in the same minute, and compare.
- Ask what happens to the file when the year ends. Get the answer in writing before the paperwork moves.
If the two counts match, buy ZoomInfo and skip us. We would rather lose the sale than sell you a file you do not need.
If the map shows ten times what the tool shows, you have found the gap this page is about. That gap is not a bug in their product. It is the edge of it.
When to run both
A firm with an enterprise motion and a local motion needs two files. They are not the same file.
Enterprise teams keep ZoomInfo. The intent data alone earns it back when a deal is worth six figures. None of that logic works on a €300 web build for a barber.
The local motion needs volume, phone numbers and a low price per row. It does not need an org chart, because the shop has no chart.
- Landing a 900-seat account — ZoomInfo
- Booking 40 site visits with roofers this month — us
- Warming a named buying group — ZoomInfo
- Ringing every dentist in a region before Friday — us
- Any list where the owner answers the phone — us
The two prices sit in different worlds. A ZoomInfo contract is a line item a finance team signs off. Ours is a card payment an agency owner makes without asking anyone.
We do not send email, run a dialer or log calls. If you need those, you need ZoomInfo or a sending tool beside us.
What people ask before they switch
Should I cancel ZoomInfo?
Most of the time, no. If your pipeline runs on intent data and mid-market accounts, we cannot replace any of that.
The right move is to look at what share of your outbound goes to firms under ten staff. Move that share to us and leave the rest where it is.
How much does ZoomInfo cost?
We do not know, and we will not guess. Their site says every contract gets scoped for the buyer and that no dollar amounts appear.
Ask for a written quote with the seat count, the credit pot and the renewal terms on it. Then compare that with €49 a month here.
Can I buy one seat for one month to test it?
Not on our reading of their site, which says yearly billing is the norm and monthly is not standard. ZoomInfo Lite gives 10 credits a month if you want a look.
With us, one seat for one month is the entry plan. Starter is €49 with 10,000 lead credits and no lock-in.
Is your data as accurate as theirs?
On corporate staff, no, and we hold no file of that kind at all. On local firms we hold a different thing: what the business itself published on its own listing.
Every row carries a first-seen and last-seen date, so you can see how old it is before you ring it.
What happens to my data if I stop paying you?
The file you downloaded stays on your machine and in your CRM. We do not delete customer exports and we will not start.
You lose access to the app and to new pulls. You keep every row you already took.
Do you cover the same countries?
Not yet. Our crawl runs Nordics first: Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland, at 44,684 rows today.
No country sits behind an upgrade here. Every plan searches every geography and every filter, with all 64 export columns.
Read the other three, then the lists
