Wiza · compared
Wiza exports the search you ran. We hold the firms LinkedIn never lists.
Wiza turns a LinkedIn search into a clean, verified email list, and it is good at that. But a search can only return what LinkedIn holds. Local trades are mostly not in there.

What Wiza is genuinely built for
Wiza sits on top of LinkedIn and turns a search into a file. If your buyers live on LinkedIn, that is a strong place to sit.
The core move: run a search, open the Wiza extension, and export the results. Wiza scrapes each profile and verifies the email as it goes. You pay for the valid ones.
Sales Navigator is where the tool shines, because Sales Navigator is where the deep filters live. That seat is LinkedIn's own product, and its own bill, on top of Wiza's.
The output is clean. Verified emails, phone numbers if you pay for them, and a CSV your sender can read. For corporate prospecting, it is a well-made pipe.
What the plans hold
Their pricing page is plain, so we can quote it. Read on 27 July 2026, it showed a free tier of 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers a month, then three paid plans. Each price is per user.
- Starter — $49 a month for 100 valid emails and 100 phone numbers
- Email — $99 a month for 500 valid emails
- Email + Phone — $199 a month for 500 of each
Extras cost $0.15 an email and $0.35 a phone number.
The yearly plans change shape. Email is $990 a year with unlimited email reveals. Email + Phone is $1,990 with both unlimited. Both cap exports at 2,500 a month. Teams of three or more move to a custom yearly deal.
Charging only for valid emails is a fair rule, and their verifier is why people trust the files. We will not pretend otherwise. The question this page asks is different: what was in the search to begin with?
The search can only return what LinkedIn holds
Wiza does not decide who is on your list. Your LinkedIn search does. Wiza just extracts and verifies whatever the search returned.
So ask what a search for plumbers in Trondheim returns. A recruiter or two. A supplier. A handful of firms big enough to keep a company page.
The two-van firm is not there. The owner never made a profile, because his customers come from the map and from word of mouth.
He is on Google Maps, though, with a phone number, an address and opening hours. Our index grew out from that pin. The listing is the row.
Wiza and FindAndClose, row by row
Grouped by what feeds each list, cover of local firms, contact fields, how the money works, who owns the export, and sending. Grey rows are the ones Wiza wins.

Wiza prices were read off wiza.co/pricing on the date shown. Prices there are US dollars and per user; ours are in euros per account, so compare the shapes, not just the stickers.
- Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
- Pick the place Country, county, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
- The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
- Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
- Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
- Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.
The coverage test — run the search before you buy the export
Wiza has a free tier, so this test costs you nothing but a quarter of an hour.
- Pick a trade and a town you know. Roofers in Malmö. Dentists in Bergen. Somewhere you can check by eye.
- Run that search on LinkedIn or Sales Navigator. Filter to the town and the trade. This is the list Wiza would export.
- Count the results that are the shop itself. Not recruiters, not suppliers, not a chain head office. The firm with a van.
- Spend the free credits exporting a few. See whose email comes back. A marketing person at a chain is not the owner.
- Count the pins for the same trade on Maps. The gap between the two counts is the whole of this page.
For software buyers and corporate roles, that search will look rich. That is Wiza's home ground, and it is not ours.
For a trade in a town, we think the search will come back thin. Run it and see. Then run the same trade here — the trial is 14 days, 100 leads, no card.
When to run both
One tool exports the people LinkedIn knows. One exports the businesses Google Maps knows. Those are different files.
Keep Wiza if your pipeline runs on Sales Navigator searches. Nothing here replaces the extract-and-verify pipe, and we do not verify at all.
Add us when the target is a trade, not a title. The map holds the firms that never made a profile, and they are most of the market in local services.
- Exporting a 400-person Sales Navigator search — Wiza
- Every plumber in Trondheim with their shop line — us
- Verified emails for named marketing leads — Wiza
- Every salon in Denmark with no website — us
- Any list where the owner answers the phone — us
The join between the two is a CSV. Both tools hand you a file, and your sender reads both the same way.
Neither of us sends your email. You still need a sending tool, and that is worth knowing before you buy either one.
What people ask before they switch
Should I cancel Wiza?
If your reps live in Sales Navigator, no. The extract-and-verify loop is real work done well.
Look at what share of your outbound goes to local firms instead. That share was never in the search, and that is the share we hold.
Do I need Sales Navigator to use FindAndClose?
No. We touch no LinkedIn product at all. You search our index by trade, place and filters, then export.
That also means no per-seat maths. One account, $49 a month on Starter, and the file comes out the same.
Are your emails verified like Wiza's?
No. Wiza verifies before you pay, and that row is theirs in the table.
Our email is the one the business published on its own listing or website. Run the file through any verifier before a big send if you want the same comfort.
Which is cheaper?
For named people, Wiza. Their Starter showed 100 valid emails for $49 when we checked, and every one is a person you chose.
For volume on local firms, us. Starter is $49 for 10,000 lead credits, and the phone number is a column, not an add-on. See what each plan holds.
Whose phone number am I getting?
Ours is the number the business printed on its own Maps listing for customers to ring. The shop line.
Wiza sells a person's number on its phone plans. For a big firm that is the sharper field. A two-van firm has one number, and we already hold it.
Can I use the file for cold outreach in Europe?
Every field we sell is public business data the business published itself. Our read is that this gives legitimate interest for B2B contact, with an opt-out in the first message.
We hold a suppression list per account. A domain added there is blocked on every future export. Read the full position on data and the law.
