Mortgage lender email list: read the rate first

This trade’s workload rises and falls with interest rates. And it lives on referrals from estate agents. Both facts should shape your campaign.

Scope first, and a count we do not publish

The honest map before any plan.

FindAndClose builds local business lists from Google Maps. We cover Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland only.

Mortgage lending is not one of our tracked trades yet. So this page carries no live count, and we invent none.

Every number on this site is a dated query against our file. Where we lack one, the page says so.

The category is still searchable in the app. Pick it, pick a country, and the count shows before you spend a credit.

Need US or global lender data? A worldwide scraper fits better. Our Outscraper review is honest about the trade-off.

  1. Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
  2. Pick the place Country, county, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
  3. The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
  4. Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
  5. Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
  6. Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.

Lender or broker — know which row you hold

The word covers two different businesses on a Maps listing.

A lender is the bank or finance house that holds the money. Much of that sits at a head office, not a local pin.

A mortgage broker is the local shop. They match a borrower to a lender and earn a fee for the placement.

Most rows on a local map are brokers, not lenders. The broker is the one you can reach and sell to.

  • A broker owns their own tools, leads and referral relationships.
  • A bank branch follows head-office systems, like a tied insurance agent.
  • The buyer you want is the independent broker, not the branch.
  • A Maps row is a branch or a shopfront, never a head office.

So read the file the way you would an insurance list. The independent shop can buy. The branch has to ask upstream.

The rate cycle owns the calendar

No trade we describe swings harder on one outside number.

When rates fall, borrowers rush to refinance and buy. Brokers drown in volume and have no minute for a vendor.

When rates rise, the pipeline thins. Deals slow, and the broker starts hunting for the next one.

That flip decides when a broker will hear you, and what they want.

  • In a busy low-rate spell, sell tools that handle volume: processing, follow-up, speed.
  • In a slow high-rate spell, sell tools that find deals: lead sources, referral systems.
  • Read the market before you write the subject line.
  • A pitch aimed at the wrong half of the cycle reads as noise.

You cannot filter by the rate cycle. You read it from the news, then match the offer to the mood.

Estate agents are the referral engine

A broker’s pipeline starts at the property, not the mortgage.

A borrower meets a home before they meet a broker. So the estate agent is upstream of every deal.

The best brokers live on estate-agent introductions. The agent sends the buyer; the broker sends thanks and repeat referrals.

That makes the estate-agent file a twin of this one. If you sell to brokers, you likely sell to agents too.

  • A tool that helps brokers win agent referrals is an easy pitch.
  • A tool that helps agents place clients with a broker sells both sides.
  • The two trades share events, portals and the same local patch.

Our estate agent list is the neighbour to pull alongside this one. Same map, one link in the chain apart.

A cadence tuned to the rate mood

Written for someone selling lead or processing tools to brokers. Match the offer to the cycle. Run it in your own tool — we build lists and send nothing.

  1. 1 Day 1 Email

Subject for [firm name], while the market is [busy/slow]

Hi. I found [firm name] on Maps — [one detail you checked].

I help mortgage brokers [find more deals / handle more volume] — whichever the market needs right now.

Worth a look? If not, reply stop and I will not write again.

Naming the market mood proves you know the trade. It aims the offer at the half of the cycle they are living in.

  2. 2 Day 5 Phone

Call late morning, between client appointments.

Ask one thing: where do most of your deals come from this quarter?

If the answer is estate agents, your referral angle just wrote itself.

The source of deals is the broker’s whole business. Asking it opens a real talk and points you at the right pitch.

  3. 3 Day 11 Email

Subject the offer and the price, one screen

Everything in one place, price included: [link].

Brokers who use it: [names or link]. It plugs into your referral flow, not around it.

If it is a no, reply stop and I will close your file.

A broker owns the budget and moves fast. Hiding nothing removes the stall, and the referral link ties it to their real pipeline.

  4. 4 Day 18 Email

    Subject closing your file

No reply needed — I will close your file today.

When the rate turns and the pipeline shifts, my details are below.

This trade’s needs flip with the cycle. The clean breakup is what a broker searches out when the market moves again.

The FindAndClose export panel screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  4. Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
  5. The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.
The export drawer. Thirty-four column groups write 64 columns, and every one of them is on every plan — including the $49 one.

Questions about mortgage lender lists

Do the rows hold lenders or brokers?

Mostly brokers. The big lenders sit at head offices that a local map does not surface.

The broker is the reachable, sellable row. Treat a bank branch like a tied agent that buys nothing local.

Why is there no live count for this trade?

It is not one of our tracked categories yet. Every count we publish is a dated query against our file.

We will not fill the gap with a guess. The category is still searchable and exportable in the app.

How does the interest rate change my pitch?

In a low-rate rush, brokers want volume tools. In a high-rate lull, they want deal-finding tools.

Read the market first, then match the offer. The wrong half of the cycle reads as noise.

Why pull the estate agent list too?

Because estate agents are upstream of every mortgage. They meet the buyer at the property first.

A broker’s pipeline runs on agent referrals. Our estate agent list is the twin file to work.

Is cold email to brokers legal in the Nordics?

B2B outreach in the EEA usually rests on legitimate interest under the GDPR. Identify yourself and offer an opt-out up front.

National rules differ by country. Our GDPR guide walks through it. It is not legal advice.
