Snov.io · compared

Snov.io is an outreach toolbox. We are the list it starts from.

Finder, verifier, warm-up, CRM and campaigns, all on one bill. That is a real bargain. But every one of those tools waits for the same thing first: a list of companies. For Nordic local trades, that list is what we sell.

What Snov.io is genuinely built for

Snov.io sells the whole outbound stack in one product, at a price small teams can pay. That is its pitch, and it is a fair one.

One Snov.io plan carries an email finder, a seven-tier verifier, unlimited campaigns, mailbox warm-up and a sales CRM. Paid plans take unlimited team seats. Few tools bundle that much.

Their pricing page, read on 27 July 2026: a free trial with 50 credits and 100 recipients, which renews. Starter at $39 a month with 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients. Pro plans start at $99 with 5,000 credits and 25,000 recipients. Yearly billing takes 25% off.

Credits are spent one per action: an email search, a verification, a company profile view. A deliverability check costs 25. LinkedIn automation sits outside the bundle, as its own plan at $69 a month.

Two meters on one bill

Notice that every Snov.io plan carries two numbers: credits and recipients.

Credits meter the data side. Every search and every check spends them. Recipients meter the sending side. Your campaign list cannot outgrow the cap.

We run one meter, and only on data. €49 buys 10,000 lead credits. There is no recipient cap here, because there is no sender here.

That is the honest shape of the deal. Snov.io meters what it does: find, check and send. We meter what we do: hand you rows. Neither meter is a trick.

Where the model runs out

Every tool in the Snov.io box waits on the same input: a company it can look up. A domain, a name, a LinkedIn page.

A hair salon in Odense with three chairs has none of those. No domain, no company page, nobody on LinkedIn. The finder has nothing to find.

What the salon has is a Maps listing with a phone number on it. Our index grew out from that pin. The listing is the row, website or not.

So the box is not wrong. It is pointed at a different kind of firm. The gap sits in the step before the box opens.

Grouped by what goes in, cover of local firms, contact fields, the meters, who owns the export, and sending. Grey rows are the ones Snov.io wins.

Snov.io's pricing and features last checked on 27 July 2026. We re-check every month. Rows shaded grey are ones where they beat us.

Every Snov.io figure above was read off snov.io/pricing on the date shown. Their prices are in US dollars; ours are in euros. Their upper Pro tiers gave us two readings we could not square, so those counts stay off this page.

The coverage test — the free tier pays for it

Snov.io's trial renews on its own, so this test costs nothing but a quarter of an hour.

  1. Pick a trade and a town you know. Roofers in Aarhus. Barbers in Uppsala. Somewhere you can check by eye.
  2. Try to build that list in Snov.io's finder. Filter to the country and the industry, then look at what comes back.
  3. Count the rows that are the shop itself. Not a chain office. The shop with a door on a street.
  4. Open the same trade on Google Maps. Count the pins. The gap between the two counts is this page.
  5. Note which pins show no website. Those firms are outside any domain tool's reach, not just Snov.io's.

A team selling to funded startups will love what comes back. An agency that needs 300 salons in one region will not.

Run the same test here for free. The trial gives 100 leads over 14 days with no card. Export one town and ring five numbers by hand.

When to run both

This is the rare pair where "both" is the obvious answer. One finds the firms. One sends the mail.

Keep Snov.io as the engine room. The campaigns, the warm-up and the CRM are the working half of outbound, and we build none of them.

Use us as the front end for local trades. We hand you the file: name, email, phone, website, rating, 64 columns in all.

  • Warming a new sending domain — Snov.io
  • Finding every dentist in a region — us
  • Sequencing 2,000 contacts with follow-ups — Snov.io
  • Filtering those firms by rating and website — us
  • Checking old emails before a send — Snov.io

The join is a CSV. Export here, import there, and the campaign runs on rows that no domain search could have found.

We do not send, warm, or manage replies. If you buy us and nothing else, you have a list and no way to mail it. Buy the sender too, whether that is Snov.io or another.

What people ask before they switch

Should I cancel Snov.io?

If it sends your campaigns, no. Cancelling the sender leaves you with a list and no mail.

The better question is where your lists come from. If you build them by hand from Maps today, that is the part we replace.

Is FindAndClose cheaper than Snov.io?

The prices sit close: $39 there, €49 here at entry. What differs is what a unit buys.

Their credit buys one search or one check. Our lead credit buys a full row with 64 columns, phone included. Compare per-list cost, not sticker price.

Do you have campaigns, warm-up or a CRM?

No, none of the three, and none is on the near roadmap. Snov.io wins every one of those rows in our table.

We are a data source. The file leaves as CSV, XLSX or JSON and runs in your tools.

Can I import your file into Snov.io?

Our export is a CSV with fixed headers, and anything that reads a CSV will read it.

We keep no Snov.io integration, so treat it as a file handoff and nothing cleverer.

Do your credits expire like theirs?

On Starter, credits last the month. From the €99 Growth plan they roll over one month. On Scale they roll three.

Every plan keeps free re-download of past exports, so a file you pulled is never spent twice.

Can I cold email the firms in your file?

Every field we sell is public business data the firm published itself. Under GDPR that supports B2B contact with an opt-out in the first message.

We hold a suppression list per account. A domain added there is blocked on every future export. Read the full position, and see how to write the send.
