Email lists by industry

Every trade we publish a list for, grouped by sector. Each industry page argues its trade. Each country page shows live counts and real sample rows.

How this hub works

Two kinds of page hang off this one, and they answer two different questions.

An industry page covers one trade across all four countries we hold: Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland. It argues from that trade’s reality — who answers the phone, what a job is worth, when the season turns.

A country page goes one level down: one trade, one country. Those pages carry live counts out of our database and 50 real sample rows, with no signup to look.

Pick your level by the question you hold. Still choosing a trade to sell into? Start on the industry pages. Already know the trade and the country? Jump straight to the country page and read the count.

Coverage first, because it decides everything. We cover the four Nordic countries and nothing else. If you sell into the US or worldwide, a tool like Outscraper is the better buy, and we say so on every comparison page.

The second honest fact: email coverage depends on the trade far more than on the tool. From our own crawl, counted 26 July 2026, across the trades we track: Norway 38% of rows carry an email, Sweden 19%, Denmark 17%, Finland 16%.

The spread inside a country is wider still. Only 3% of Danish painters publish an email; 57% of Swedish opticians do. Same crawler, same week. The trade you pick sets the coverage you get.

Every list page shows its email count before you pay anything. If the coverage for your trade is thin, the page says so, and the plan becomes phone-first. We would rather you knew that on the free page than after a purchase.

The FindAndClose search results screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. Pick the trade Type it and take the match. One trade or twenty, on every plan.
  2. Pick the place Country, region, municipality, city. No plan gates the geography.
  3. The count moves first The number updates before you spend anything. Looking is free.
  4. Filter to the ones worth calling Has email, has phone, has a website, has a contact page. Combine them freely.
  5. Contacts are masked until export You can see a row exists and judge it. The address itself is the product.
  6. Export what you are looking at The file is exactly this filter set, with nothing dropped in between.
The Search screen, signed in, querying the live index. This shot is Norway → Plumber, and the 605 on it is the same 605 the plumber page counts. One query, no sampling, no estimate.

No page for your industry?

The pages above are the published set, not the whole database.

A country page only ships when the combination holds at least 300 real records. That is a build rule, not a style choice. A page over thin data would just be decoration.

The app itself is wider than this hub. Every plan searches all 4,000+ business categories, in every country we hold, with every filter.

So if your trade has no page here, search it in the app. The trial gives 100 leads over 14 days, with no card, and the count on screen is free to read.

And if your market is outside the Nordics, none of our pages will pretend otherwise. Start with a global tool and keep this tab for the day you sell north.

Questions about the industry lists

Which industries have the best email coverage?

Desk trades beat van trades, and it is not close. Opticians, dentists and accountants keep websites with contact pages. Painters and roofers often run on a phone number alone.

The extremes in our own crawl: 3% of Danish painters have an email on file, against 57% of Swedish opticians. Check the count on the list page before you plan an email-first campaign.

Why do some trades have country pages and others not?

Every published country page sits on at least 300 real records. Combinations under that floor get no page until the crawl deepens.

The industry pages above link to every country page that clears the bar today. As coverage grows, new country pages appear under them.

Can I combine several industries in one export?

Yes. Categories combine in a single search: 25 on Starter, 100 on Growth, unlimited on Scale. One export, one file, one header row.

That suits sectors better than single trades — all the building trades in one region, say, for one campaign.

How current are the counts on these pages?

Counts come out of the live database, and each page prints the date it was counted. Nothing is estimated or rounded up.

The figures on this hub were counted on 26 July 2026. If a page and this hub ever disagree, trust the page — it is closer to the data.

Do these lists cover countries outside the Nordics?

No. Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland are the whole index today. We would rather be deep in four countries than thin in forty.

For US or global lists, use a worldwide tool — our Outscraper comparison is a fair place to start.

The FindAndClose export panel screen, showing real records from the live index.
  1. It exports the whole result Every row the filter matched, not the page you happen to be looking at.
  2. CSV or XLSX Tab-separated UTF-8, or typed Excel columns. One file per job.
  3. 34 groups, 64 columns The same 64 on every plan. Nothing is held back for a higher tier.
  4. Three presets Contact only, full record, or the outreach set. Or tick your own.
  5. The cost, before you commit One credit per place, once per 30 days. Re-downloading is free.
The export drawer. Thirty-four column groups write 64 columns, and every one of them is on every plan — including the €49 one.
